One of the Academy members from SA is Trent Burgoyne, son of former Port Adelaide premiership player Peter Burgoyne and nephew of Hawthorn’s Shaun Burgoyne. If Shaun can hang on for a couple more years, young Trent might end up playing against his uncle.

The name sounds Sudanese and since he comes from the Dandenong Stingrays which is in the MFC Next Generation Academy zone, he could be in the same category as Toby Bedford is in this year.

Bad news, he's under the Saints program (not sure why though as he does play for Dandy which is in our zone)

Very interesting that he plays for Dandy and yet he isn't in our NGA zone
