Body language says it all

I saw this in the background whilst watching Barry's interview.

Cameron Schwab and Craig Cameron catching up.

Does the body language say anything?

People put way too much emphasis on hands crossed in front of you, IMO. I do it all the time, and half the reason I do it is I've got to put my arms somewhere. Dangling at my side just doesn't really do it for me, so I cross 'em. Of course, I don't do it in front of my boss, for fear of what kind of message it brings.

I got told off by the boss for doing it on one of my first days of work. Completely ridiculous if you ask me.

They're obviously discussing the contribution of GWS recruiting superstar Phil Scully to the events of the evening.

Either that or or one of them just broke wind.

Craig:- What do you really think of Adam Maric.

Cameron :- Top line athlete who would fill your needs....................Honestly would I lie?

Cameron: You should have more of an idea, you originally drafted him.

would not read into it to much happy.gifhappy.gifhappy.gif

Nah, I think it was just a reflection on the pies they had for lunch (Phat Phil provided them I believe)

Gee 2007 was a great draft!!

No 4 - Morton - frustrating to watch

No 14 - Grimes - Injuries stuffing up a potential great

No 21 - Maric - who?

No 53 - Cheney - a dawk

Well at this time not what I call a pass!

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
