sainters have now agreed to the 4-way round robin, but I can't confirm the pies yet because I have not yet been able to talk to them on the phone...

will keep trying...

and we may have venue problems...

in spite of the lack of anyone formally or informally appointing themselves as "the organiser" from the pies perspective, they will be wherever they need to be on the date specified. we're looking into when the resurfacing at vic park is to be done. there may still be a slim chance the games can be held there.

am doing my best to help you out.

Im in rollo, and I just might play more than the first half this year!

Any chance we can avoid having to play the carlton side?? Would be nice to have a bit of competition - all they could come up with last year were blokes who'd seen too many summers and a few kids who'd seen too few..

Don’t want to be a wet blanket…

But we have no venue…

And the pies have no organiser the other teams can speak to…

At this stage, I doubt this thing can happen…

I have asked the blues and saints organisers to ring me, and am waiting to hear…

my despairing post has finally fired-up the pies...

we now have a bloke we can talk to, they may agree to play at gosch's paddock (which will have goal posts by game day), and they are still hoping vic park may be available...

still too early to post a game thread IMO, but will (hopefully) be able to do so soon...

    Demonland Trackwatchers were out in force for training at Gosch's Paddock on Wednesday morning for the MFC's School Holidays Open Training Session. DEMONLAND'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS REHAB: TMac, Chandler, McVee, Tholstrup, Brown, Spargo Brown might have passed his fitness test as he’s back out with the main group.  Sparrow not present. Kozzy not present either.  Mini Rehab group has broken off from the match sim (contact) group: Max, Trac, Lever, Fullarton

    Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training. GATOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS There were 5 in the main rehab group, namely Gawn, Petracca, Fullarton, Woewodin and Lever.  Laurie was running laps by himself, as was Jefferson.  Chandler, as has been reported, had his arm in a sling.  Lindsay did a bit of lap running later on.     There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy.     A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
