What is the hurry??

The season is shot, why rush him back. If naything, we want to have an ace or two up our sleeve for next season. Unveiling a gun young player next season would be fantastic.

I hope he plays this year, but why rush him? Get him fit for next season!!!

I agree 100% with your comment Wrathchild

Can't people wait these days? Evidently not <_<

I'll be making an effort to watch Grimesy this week.

I think he'll be something special, and I should have a match report for you all come monday.

I agree! very very promising! stel of the 07 draft!

cheers!

surely it's a bit early to be calling him the steal of the draft when he's yet to play a game?

OMG!

Cant anyone say anything on this place without being taken so literally!

Jesus!

But if you say it, and there is no sense of sarcasm, how can it not be taken literally? and further more, why shouldn't it?

From what I've seen of Jack, hes going to an excellent player.

He reads the play so well. Got a big engine and very polished skills.

Future leader of the club. Cant wait to see him pull on the Red and Blue.

I wasnt being sarcastic, im showing my enthusiasm, im not saying "i definately know that he is the steal of the 07 draft, its a fact"

omg!

Its a comment, aimed at displaying my excitement of the kid, noting that at pick 14 he could provide us with excellent value, especially since alot of clubs think he was top 5 b4 injury!

ok?

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
