youve definately missed the point of the mark neeld is a good coach people you reasons for sacking him are not relevant he WAS appointed to build a 3 year fitness base level. tick he WAS appointed to keep young draft picks at reserve level until thier bodies were strong enough to COMPETE at senior level. tick he had to get some average senior level players with ready made bodies to play this year to cover the learning period of the youngsters. tick yesterday he attacked gws down the middle and by q/time this was proving a bad decision. they then changed game plan , i personally thought this was a sign of improved understanding of strategy by the players.unfortunately they were definately not good enough to carry out this exercise. i have heard mn talk and it does nothing for me. but he WAS employed to do a job and so far has carried it out to the boards requirements any statistic wont get him sacked . it will be the boards desire to see this rebuild through or else a complete walkout and members looking for a new board. ps members with business background and 45 hours a week to donate to a football club are hard to find at this stage. we havent been able to find them for 30 years, so please if you know 10 or 12 good available people let the club and present board know

yes its working out well,jw is proof that some boys are not ready for senior footy, it was decided to retain younger players for the long term by giving them a year of learning and building up thier bodies at reserve level, not exposing them at senoir level when we cant support them with senior level players at this time, both gc and gws have said this was thier problem also. our fd is changing that very thing that got us into this mess. the players are FIT, its a mess in the senoir part of the list is pitiful. one of our best players took his eye of the contest twice yesterday. im sure the fd saw it . remember the fd is putting building blocks in place that will hopefully get us somewhere in the future if you have a complaint , go and look at the last 6 weeks of 2011 this is the most disgraceful time in our history of administration. the decisions and on field stuff happening now are results of this, THATS why should stick this out

he was employed to bring a 3 year base level of fitness to the club good decision the previous admin left the club with horrible problems re last 6 games of 2011 the mid list is terrible and a product of 2011 recruits from other clubs this year were to bulk up the list fair decision this was to let the development of juniors to be done in the reserves until thier bodies are big enough to senoir players, this was identified as a problem pre 2012, young players thrown to the wolves before thier ready good decision sacking yhe coach just sends the club into a tailspin and opens the door for another ex demon to make an average decision.

i think waverly was built to cater for the massive population growth out there, and the league got it wrong the dome to me is a perfect place for a country person to watch footy only people living out east would go to a stadium situated there

wouldnt say your dreaming personally i dont look at names , improvement is my credo on that basis your list of 2010 has been a bit battered. but your next list has some hopes, due to a fd that has set guidelines and wont take less so i think you can dream most of all be positive, it will happen

so we have a fd developing and trying to overcome this problem they need a midfield to be worked on and topped up, im sure the fd is aware of this and are trying to get by with what they have until next draft murdering the footy against brizzy in the 3rd was terrible and we all know that , on sunday they tried to hang on to it a bit more to make sure it wasnt given back as easily , the players will learn to cope with these probs , or lose their place in 2014

i dont understand , are you saying the slow style of play isnt instructed or intended? are the players making that style up themselves and if so the fd has got a lot to answer for

definately see out the contract. your right again , he only has completed 2/3 of the job i definately wasnt happy with rodan, i understand the 1 year term, just think its of no help to this list. even if he wins us a couple as sub, still dont think its worthy but wouldnt be the first fd to make an error if we get walloped in the first game next year thats not a season ending moment .not seeing improvement is going to be the catylyst for what happens in 2015 i see a backline thats been learning to play different systems and this allows the team to make simple mid game adjustments which are considered critical by every coach in the game., i aslo see less handing out of free games,and more casey game time for players to adjust and improve the NEW skills required to play under the fd we have dont worry robbie there are things that im not happy about.but number crunching critism wont get rid of this coach

not sure , but i think they are trying to get players to adapt on a regular basis so that in time to come they know who can do things and the team can also make an altered game style change in the future, which seems very difficult for the best of teams to do. this could be a product of not having a good team at this time and using rather than wasting time on building structures for a time when we do have players good enough

im trying to understand the hatred of mn on this site, but everybody who wants him sacked keeps coming up with silly statistics to back thier argument every week and they have now lost sight of the fact he was appointed by a board that employed him to do 3 preseasons and bring the fitness levels to a level set by the BOARD and i think going on reports the fd are doing this he was also employed to find out who could play where and how. thier doing this.i personally have given up on being a top team for this term of 3 years and count only positives and negatives per game. i ve come to the conclusion we are seeing good results from the fd that the board employed . others do have thier own opinions and thats terrefic, but theyve lost sight of the agenda set by OUR board
