May I ask what role/position tappy is playing. I really want tappy to be molded into a chappy role (high forward/mid) How does he look?

Agreed but the fact is Gawn is not ready and Neeld would be a fool to bring him in after 1 VFL game in 2 years

I have said it before, we need to uses all the midfield resources we have. Players like Jetta, Kent and Tappy can run through the midfield and play other positions (ie jetta as a small defender with stints in the midfield) - we need to take advantage of our depth. Can the club just replace someone like Taggert or Tyan with Magner? - just take them of the senior list temporarily or put them on the long term injury list

Whats the bet that after a couple hours he has made a new profile - we have suffered for to long to just give up.

Before spitting out an answer you should consider where that will take us - yet another coach, possible another unproven one! - Another couple years of certain crap football whilst the new coach goes through his version of a rebuild and implements a whole new game plan. I for one can not mentally take that - no more! Neeld just needs to accept the fact that his way (game plan/motivation/culture) is not working and needs to change it. He is no longer working with Colingwood and he needs to mentally through that so called 'gameplan' in the bin and start from the basics - Play Man on Man - give them a chance to see what they have got and Take The Game On - without taking risks there is no reward (look at Geelong they practically invented that style and look where it got them). We need to play a team that has our best 18 in it and that does not include playing players like Toumpas! I think we can only consider getting another coach if we really believe they will have an immediate impact - WE WILL NOT SURVIVE ANOTHER FAILED REBUILD/GAMEPLAN

Until now I think we have all wanted the answers to these questions now we just want heads on a plate.

Why did we just play like we did? We keep targeting key reasons for our performance but what really is it? Is it the players - do they just suck? OR Do the players just not care? OR Is it the coaching staff/game plan? OR Was it just due to lack of confidence/culture? OR is it a combination of all the above.

Agreed - what are they playing for? They know they won't be making the Grand final this year, they know they won't make the 8. Whats the point in trying? We just need to change our culture - string together a few wins and the team will look totally different (will never happen)

I think Neeld has to realize that he is a boof head and drop his so called 'game plan' (if there is one) and just tell the players to take on the game and play how they want - through the middle - Bailey style

What was Mark Neeld thinking? Why is Toumpas in the team? - he is not AFL ready Why is Trengove in the team? - he is not at full fitness Why is Gillies playing AFL? - he is a meat head! Why is Nicholson playing? - he is not an AFL player Why not give Jetta or Strauss a chance instead of Gilles and Terlich and Byrnes and Nicholson? Why not upgrade Magner? - someone who actually cares
