I cannot beleive that hack Bell is back!! He has done NOTHING to deserve a spot, id rather see yze, White, Carroll, Holland ahead of him, and since i dont want them to play, that shows how much I dont wont dinga to play!! Midfield?? u guys are kidding yourselves, he's no where near a midfielder!! what a joke! Im angry! Bell.. well, lets see, he'll make some bad decisions, run around on the spot, turnover a few by hand & foot, let his opponent kick a couple of easy ones, and, get dropped again.. Sorry 2 be so negative, he's just the 1 player 1 really dislike at our club!

Whether u like it or not, as I said last week, White will play.. Im hoping for: White, Newton, Martin, Valenti.. BELL, what has he done 2 deserve a recall?? nothing, some of u guys desperately over rate him, hes done nothinbg but turn over the pill this year, he makes bad decisions and adds nothing!! Id be astounded and aggrivated if he played, but he wont, so all is well..

For me: In: Mcdonald, Newton (last chance), Maric (yup, bdogs a good game 4 him) Out: Bode, Mclean, Martin(no match up 4 him) But most likely: In: Mcdonald, White (didnt play 4 Sandy, indicates he'll be back, not that I want him 2 be) Out: Mclean, Martin

Good to see Grimes' play well again, really makes me smile.. Newton was good apparently, which is graet, but Id just love to see him with a few more kg's.. Id say he'll be close to comer in, but maybe just an EMERG at this stage.. Id say the only certainty is Junior for Brock, and maybe Morton for Bode.. Stef may get omitted soley as there is not really a match up for him against the dogs.. So that may be Juice's chance! Maric an outside chance IMO..

Exactly! A good article by Mike, bout time! Its good to see people are slowly seeing Bailey's vision.. Kids, kids and more kids! IMO, he will pull off the greatest turn around imaginable for us, just love the way he handles himself, and he has already earned alot of respect in the footy world, the players love him, the Port players miss him.. The best part is, Grimes, who IMO is our biggest talent, Cale, Maric, Mcnamara, Cheney, Zomer, Meeson, Martin.. are all still to be added to that side! Its just so exciting, I really, for the first time in my 24 years of membership, am nothing but optimistic about our playing future, love the balance and discipline of the side, the game plan is developing, its all nothing but up! Alot of work still needs to be done, ie, getting a young key forward by utilising the trade period well, then of course we have a top 2 pick, in the best draft since the SUPER draft! Watts or Naitainui... omg, so very pleasing! Im big Kev excited, thats 4 sure!!

grimes' form no surprise.. Steal of the draft, was a top 5 b4 injuries! So excited bout this kid, a real ball magnet, strong build, quick, and has great skills and decision making qualities! Just cant wait till he pulls on the Melbourne Jumper, will jump straight in and play like hes been there 4 years! Just might get a game by round 18 I hope.. Has alot of catching up 2 do though! Watch this space.. he could be anything! Maric, also looks great, what a kick he ahs on him, Bailey will really help this kid adapt his game! Even Mcnamara looks encouraging! youngest player in the draft! Last years draft will make us I think, i remember the day, I couldnt beleive the amount of talent we picked up., Could really be a huge day for us!! All the experts also rated our picks the best overall in the draft, which means nothing, but its looking great so far!

Yup.. He plays alot beta when he just lets his instinct run things, but looks like sometimes, when he overthinks things, he can make the wrong decision, but that will come!!

What a brilliant day... Cant win huh?? As i said, i had a feeling all week, if we played physical, and took the initiative, we'd be a show, who listened?? CJ, what can I say, its so great to finally see a game like that, esp backing up from last week!! Colin, well a great game, much needed, lets see more of it.. Surely he has now found his true calling as an attacking midfielder! The youth, well how great!! So what our older players had the most possies, that means jack my friend! It takes a whole team effort to win a game like that, and all our kids stood up, and deserve the credit.. this is the youngest MFC side to win a game in a long long time, get excited, not bloody cynical!! jeez.. Look 2 trade him... Look, I was so excited when we drafted him, it just hasnt happened, for alot of reasons.. But, I think he's best as an attacking Midfielder, and he was drafted as one, so keep him there and see what happens, I really would love him to stick it up my ass, because id wanna see him reach his potential, which is MASSIVE!..and he might, is getting 5 % better each week.. He can save himself, but time is NOW!!

It's fantastic news!! Grimes was drafted as a ready made prospect, so it'll be great to finally see the kid play. He comes with some HUGE wraps, with a lot of clubs saying he would have been top 5 bar his recent injuries.

I'd love to see Big Steff play, well deserved, a raelly exciting prospect, he's a big man with some speed and athleticism! There is no way Warnock would be dropped!! if Stef did come in, which he prob wont id say... Out: frawley/Jamar, Bode, Bartram In: Martin, Valenti, Buckley.. id be happy with that.. Frawley unlucky though!! thats why id say stef will be emerg.. UNLESS: Jamr makes way, but Id doubt it as PJ was so good up forward, however, Jamar should not play just 4 that!! The point is, this group needs to know how to win, they need to taste it, yes play the kids, no one is saying not too, all im saying is, I never really want us to lose, that to me is not in me, thats all, its not a decision, i just cant do it.. Yeah, i hope we finish 16th, which we will, but id like to do it winning 3 or 4 games, and being competitive in the others, you want some sort of confidence in the playing group come next year!! Of course im aware of our situation, but winning is what footy is about, I could never, nor would I ever actually cheer for us to lose, no matter what, its just not in me, I always want to win.. If we get polaxed every week, it means no draft pick is going to help us!! Im not sure about the rest of you, but yeah, after we lose, knowing the situation eases the pain, however its not ever going to make me WANT US 2 lose, just not in my mental psyche to think that way!!
