Should Jackson nominate Freo should we be asking for Andrew Brayshaw?
-
I don’t see it at selfish, on the flip side if he is going does the club have their own target in mind.

Can’t be serious.

Sucked in Bolton. Cant help but laugh when someone is in range and relatively straight in front and opts to snap around the body and it doesn’t come off.

CHANGES: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
Bombay Airconditioning replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Our defence is a large part of what made us premiers last year and went 10 & 0 to start this season even though our key fwds have been out of sorts. Tomlinson was out of his depth last night, he was clearly rattled. May, Petty & Lever must remain together in defence . We still have the best defence in the comp, the best ruck duo and arguably the best midfield. I couldn’t care what Weids stats are at any level, he has no physical presence at the moment, so the .4’s and .6’s mean nothing. Time to try something different. Drop a tall and bring in Bedford or for something completely different bring in Daw. -
But they gave up 3 first round picks for Cameron. They thought the list was better than it was and that Cameron would be their answer to Riewoldt and Lynch.

Both De Koning’s are guns in the making. But where I disagree LH is that they are too reliant on their older players. Losses to Sydney, Hawks, Freo, Saints and pushed by Collingwood (all young and upcoming teams) their only scalp for the year was over Brisbane at home with Stewart and Selwood out from memory. But for mine Brisbane are hard to get a handle on. I think defensive set up can easily exposed, but that’s another story. I have to respectfully disagree, I think Cats are in trouble, beating up on certain sides is papering over the cracks, I think they’re the next WCE.

Can I guess Werridee’s age? -
Hawkins turning 34 this year Cameron 29 Selwood 34 Danger 32 and always injured Smith 33 Gutherie 29 Tuhoy 32 Stewart 29 Duncan 30 Blicavs 31 Rohan 30 Cats are stuck between ageing talent that can beat the bottom feeder sides yet will get found out with pace and skill against the top 4-5 sides. Then they go and give Scott a two year extension, for what purpose? He’s clearly had no interest in rebuilding the side and they won’t win it with the list they’ve got. Sucked in Geelong.

How so?

It was disgraceful.

If we’re going to compare players stats we need to also look at the games/opposition to give more context.

This is what I hate about sport, “Sydney’s legal representative”….It’s a game. I’ll never forget 2004 when Johnathan Brown in a preliminary final grabbed someone in a headlock from behind then swung them to the ground. Was charged with rough play but got off on a technicality because technically play had stopped.
-
The footage I saw seemed to be an open hand but regardless, it was intentional and high.
-
He’s really standing up tonight isn’t he…. And that what makes us so good, multiple options. We can afford for someone to have a quiet game.
-
I hope he does, because it’s at the detriment.
-
So we’re Freo.

Buddy needs to retire.

10 weeks into a season and we have two teams with one win, one of which is in dire straights off the field, one team on two wins, and two teams on three wins. This is the case most seasons. I’m all for a team in Tassie but not in the NT, and we must remain at 18 clubs.
