  1. You should write haiku, why you little. Everything you write is so, whimsical.
  2. He doesn't have to directly replace them, Grimes would move to a back flank (where he would most likely play anyway) and Terlich may replace someone like Nicholson. It was just a comment that Terlich looks a ready made option.
  3. I will no doubt change my mind by tomorrow: FB: Grimes Frawley Garland HB: Toumpas McDonald Watts C: Trengove Sylvia Rodan HF: Howe Clark Tapscott FF: Pedersen Dawes Byrnes Foll: Jamar Jones Viney Int: Blease Nicholson Bail McKenzie I'm very happy with that spine and would not be surprised if Terlich walked into a back pocket position.
  4. Get out of here.
  5. I like the look of his kicking action.
  6. And people think Melbourne tanked...
  7. Good thing it's not 2007.
  8. I'm not going to pretend to know anything about Toumpas, but a lot of people were excited when we picked up Morton with pick four. I'm more than happy to wait a few years before getting too excited.
  9. Best time of the year, every player sounds like a champion on paper and in a two minute YouTube highlights package!
  10. I knew there was a connection between Dean and Kent somewhere, it was bugging me!
  11. I haven't seen many of the draft picks, but I did see a bit of Grundy, Collingwood are massive winners.
  12. You need to upload your photos to a site such as Photobucket (that's what I use anyway) and then you paste a link to each photo when you click on the "Image" icon (small square button below the smiley face) when you post on the thread.
  13. There was "go home factor" with Cale Morton. Only we were telling him to go home.
  14. Again, his words were that the AFL and players were sick of non-football issues being covered more than the football itself.
  15. Fair enough, but they were his words and think there would be some truth to it.
  16. Earlier this year I happened to be at an Essenendon Football Club function where Andrew Demetriou spoke. He mentioned the AFL's new media department, and basically he said it was created because the AFL were sick of the rubbish the mainstream media were producing. Like him or not, these kind of articles highlight why the AFL want some control over how the game is covered in the media.
  17. I said first five metres, which are the most important.
  18. I remember having arguments against the likes of Fan at the end of Daniher era and during the Bailey era. It is not surprising to find out he was involved with the club at the time and that Neeld has taken the team in a completely different direction.
  19. If they are looking at coaching moves they are really struggling. As has been established, the motive behind the coaching moves needs to be proven.
