Riv got an extremely loy time in ground in Round 1 of 58%. Not sure why. 82% in round 2 with little impact. But most of the team had subdued impact. He might be back next game?

We copies what Lyonsaid the Saints did against us (except we were worse). Dropped marks and handball receives and fumbled ground balls. We were worse because we failed to make position and we appeared on many occasions not be be competitive. Another lesson for the players.

We have injuries with KPF's. Jeffo out for a fair while, AJ operation limited pre season and Kentfield - we may know tomorow ?? My worry is that Kentfield's injury is mid/long term so last minute rush to get a list spot for a forward. Speculation. Any KPF's available. Doubt it?

Its nail biting waiting for the knee outcome. Hoping for the lowest grade at 3 weeks. He was looking good preseason. Has that strong, smart forward look about him worth developing.

Looks like you are right. The club need an immediate scan to see the severity of his knee injury. A grade 1 MCL may be 3 weeks where as a Grade 3 injury is a much longer recovery time. Let's hope its a 3 weekend.

Agree, suspending players for careless spoiling leading to concussion will encourage players to work on spoiling techniques.

Surprised by todays performance. Young players are looking very good. We now have pace to burn. North have been screwed by the compromised draft over the past few years and it will be worse when Tassie get freebies. Dees have planned well for the Tassie drafts - loaded up in advance.

Evidently the AFL asked clubs to comment on a muted change to allow Samoan background kids to be draftable as Academy players. The reason is that those Islands are Rugby strongholds and we want to encourage kids to our sport. To late for Ah Mu but he has a younger taller brother who can play and is rated.

I assume the 'two's will play from 10am and the 1sts play shortly after they finish??
