Post Game: Rd 5 v St. Kilda
7 goals. Beautiful day. Disfunctional.

Casey Demons v Australia Under 18
Agree. Stretch was Casey’s best. Most of the other AFL players were poor. Real talent in the under 18s again.
-
Who will the Demons target next?
Our targets are restrained by us getting Lever and May on big dollars. Lewis retirement likely to free up $$$$ 3 most likely Zac Jones Callum AH Chee Jackson Nelson 3 running midfielders.

OUR FUTURE TEAM
Why the insistence on Spargo being in the future team. Hardly showed any signs that he is assured a place in the team.

PREGAME: Rd 05 vs St. Kilda
That was the Saints game plan last year. Run run run to outrun Melbourne. It lead to Bruce and Membrey looking like Riewoldt and Franklin. We must contain their runners.

Injury List - Season 2019
Injuries in order of priority Lever 6-8 weeks May 2 weeks Hannan 8 weeks Vandenburg. 6 weeks Joel Smith 4 weeks Kolodashnji to be reviewed Jkh 10 weeks Nietscke season We can expect May back for Eagles game. Others (Lever, Hannan, Vandenburg Smith) must be back by mid year.

Casey Demons v Australia Under 18
Strange that we have not got Bedford, Chandler and Sparrow playing against youngsters like themselves.
-
Time to show Oscar some respect!
He has struggled for 2 years. Finally held to account and dropped. Let’s face it. He would make me very very nervous on GF day. Sam Collins was the one we missed out on twice.
-
OUR FUTURE TEAM
Updated. Stretch definitely in the Dunn, Martin, Trengove,Watts status. Outside the coach’s plans so will probably ask to be traded.
-
Injury List - Season 2019
9 out this week. Vandenburg unlikely to play until round 15 at best. He may be gone.
-
Billy Stretch Appreciation Thread
He showed his leg speed in 4-5 contests last week. Unbelievable that we want outside run and he is dropped. FFS.

PREGAME: Rd 05 vs St. Kilda
Agree again. I’m still not sure Spargo is good enough. No special qualities.
-
PREGAME: Rd 05 vs St. Kilda
Agree Saints pace will AGAIN worry us. Jetta and Lewis actually slows us.
-
PREGAME: Rd 05 vs St. Kilda
It’s ridiculous. The kid should ask to be traded. He is being crucified. Gets a game. Looks okay then dropped. Spargo was horrible and yet is named again. Ridiculous.

Casey Demons v Australia Under 18
I think the under 18s will deliver the chocolates. Another very talented group coming through. Pace and skills versus bigger bodies.
-
WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ED LANGDON
Yes ... Langdon is exactly what we need. A 5-year deal would be a good offer. But we will have to give up a good player to get him. Maybe have to offer up a Neal-Bullen or Hannan plus some swap of later picks. Still think our odds are unlikely.

Who will the Demons target next?
Callum Ah Chee. Classy mid forward. Always played well when I watched the Suns. Now in their reserves but I am sure has the talent, pace and class that would fit into Dees needs.
-
Allir Allir
Allir is a gun. His run and carry, athleticism, strength and spoils are above and beyond what Omcd brings. Potentially Frosty serves this raw athlete back role in our team.
-
Casey Demons v North Melbourne VFL - Round 2
Sparrow is the one I think will be a very good player. Showed his ability today.
-
The Wagners
Febeys daylight ... McDonalds daylight ... Wagners
-
Injury List - Season 2019
Preuss is in doubt for Saints game. Needed to magic needle to get through last night.

Changes: Rd 05 v St. Kilda
Ins. four quarter footy outs. Oscar McDonald PLEASE !!!!!
-
Roaming Brian - Round 4 vs Swans
BT is a legend. Love the roaming Brian. He actually always says the Dees are very open and accomodate his interviews. Great stuff all round.
-
The Wagners
They were just average. Just. Not good enough in a team aspiring to be a top standard club. Great young blokes but not showing me that they would be capable in the heat of a top of table physical and skilful encounter. Josh’s lack of awareness in the last quarter was nearly costly.
