  1. Here goes the negative spin again from Barrett. He takes every chance to pile into the Dees. Even when we are transparent and open, he wants a negative spin. I mute him on the Tv now. He loves the hate!!! 666 is his number. IF ... it's been on off-season of declarations of love and positivity, and some more love, and then some more love after that ... THEN ... while I don't yet believe it, I don't mind the public strategy planning behind it. It ultimately won't mean anything, though, if the Demons don't get back into the finals.
  2. I like the team but a few shifts. Johnson in for his debut. B: Lever, May, Bowey HB: Salem, Petty, Rivers C: Langdon , Viney, Windsor HF: Sparrow, Turner, Sharp F: Fritsch, van Rooyen, Chandler FOLL: Gawn, Petracca, Oliver IC: Howes, Lindsay, Langford, Johnson SUB: Billings EMERG: Woey jnr, Jefferson, T. McDonald (Kozzzzy, McVee & Kolt out of best 22!!!)
  3. Predicting the ladder. Here we go …

  5. Tim Watson. SEN. 1st Cats 2 Swans 3 Crows !!! 4 Lions 5 Blues 6 Pies 7 Freo 8 Demons missing the 8 … Hawks, Giants, Power, Bombers, Suns & Bulldogs. hard to tip a top 8 when 14 teams could easily be nominated to make it and 7-8 teams would seriously have claims for a top 4 finish wow … Crows at 3. That’s Crazy!!!
  6. Agree. Giants will miss a few for round 1. Still likely to be a strong team with plenty of talent. Dees missing Kozzzy and McVee from the best 22. Like to see Sharp, Johnson and Langford debut for the Dees.
  7. Onboard for 2025 👏👏👏👏
  8. Forward connection. Scoring conversion. Reward for inside 50s problems for many years and still no answers apparently learnings ?!?!?! Hardly Goody - fix it finally … we need you to solve it if we solve this, we can be premiers if we cannot solve this , likely we will lose the close ones and finish 8th to 12th.
  9. Casey Demons have made two more signings, bringing in Lachie Bryce from the Box Hill Hawks and Oliver Green from the Sandringham Dragons. The 191cm Bryce, from Mornington Peninsula power Frankston YCW, made his debut for the Hawks in 2023 but injuries kept him to eight local matches last year. Small forward and midfielder Green, from Parkdale Vultures, forced his way into the Dragons team for last year’s Coates Talent League finals and was part of the grand final side that pasted Greater Western Victoria Rebels.
  10. Scoring is such an important part of the game but is substantially under represented in training time and focus. Why? Who knows??
  11. DOGGA … we would welcome you back !! Wait though until Maxy retires in 2029
  12. Some forward … that’s enough. Tall or small !
  13. Petracca 35 metrs out to goal running in and he handballs to a player slower than him and it’s a turnover. What the ? Go for goal. Overhandballing!!! Stop it now.
  14. Is this a joke ? Seems like click bait in my view
  15. Learnings Still working on Forward connection Skills need improvement guess what ? it’s the same lyrics to the same song as last years
  16. Casey was trialling some of the underage NAB league players from 2024. Not sure if any will be added or if they go back to suburban clubs or to the Stingrays as overage players.
  17. Best: Team effort
  18. Not for Mcvee. No way! He’s staying in the red and blue !!!
  19. Expect the debut jumper presentation by Dean Terlich?
  20. Seriously… Oliver shunted!! Sam Walsh had an average 2024 and still makes the list. Ffs. Media loves the “big” clubs !! 🤮🤮🤮🤮
  21. Still too early … wait to see who’s available and the form in the next pre season game.
  22. Ditto. Was the overhandballing still sometimes our downfall? Yes but looked less often. I thought we moved the ball much better. Kozzzy especially was very good. His run and overlap and delivery was a highlight. Please discuss.
  23. He’s an inside mid with great IQ, excellent kick and quick hands. Strong at the contest and tackles. Sure he’s not got that Judd like burst but his acceleration will get worked on with the athletic development. He’s a ripper kid and I’m glad he’s in red & blue.
