Generally after the business case is developed the permit process begins. This could slow things down. Theoretically funding could be secured after the business case, just won't be 'shovel ready'.

Nibbler wasn't intentional, looked that way but was optical I believe. As for the loss - a true sign of where we are. This was a true 'season defining game' and we had every chance. Bitter pill to swallow. Window one step closer to shut.

How much I love beating Hawthorn at the MCG!! So many years we sat and watched them tear us apart. The joy in seeing Hawks fans leaving early is as good a feeling as winning.

I live in South West Vic and at local jnr footy training 80% handbagers 10% Richmond with a few Collingwood jumpers mixed in. Sprinkle of Dees started to emerge since 21.

What a disaster!! Clearly we are far from premiership contenders. How disappointing!!

As others have said - I'm quickly realising we are not as good as we all thought and our premiership window is rapidly closing!! Lack of hunger is what baffles me. Hibbos fumble and resulting goal was like watching jnr footy. No desire to amend error.
