No doubt there is some talent on that list, which is the best and worst thing about the clubs position, the lack of ability to turn guys who ooze talent into superstars is almost hard to believe

Might be the best thing that could happen, our issues are not completely the boards fault but neutral people would come in, identify the problems and ruthlessly fix them. I whole heartedly believe that surrendering control to an extent to the AFL would equate to on field success sooner rather than later, the talent is there but the player development and culture isn't, we need to give our talent a reason to stay.

Trengove is the big one, i am pretty happy with what he does with the ball and how hard he works but too often he has 15-20 touches, we kinda need him winning 25 + consistantly and he is a goal kicking marking midfielder with good pace. Tapscott is another who could be anything or nothing depending on how he is managed in my opinion.
