I completely understand we are probably not in a financial position to do this, but I really feel a stand alone VFL side is a huge developmental asset that we are missing out on for both young players and coaches, A system where the young players play the exact same role in the exact same game plan regardless of where it's seniors or reserves is huge, makes the transition a lot easier, when a bloke comes up he should slot in seamlessly.
