Been a premium member for ten years. Dad has for nine. My rabbit has one of those 'pet supporter' options, but now that I have a job again, I'm thinking of upgrading that to something that could give a bit more money back to the club.

I'm going to have to convince my mum to sign up next year. If not, I'll buy one for her. Same for a friend of mine. He asks how the Dees are going every weekend, claiming to be a supporter, so I semi-convinced him to sign up... finally. If he doesn't go ahead with it, I'll get one for him. It might have somthing to do with our 150th looming, but I'm so keen to get everyone on board. My Rabbit is even chipping in, well... I am on his behalf. Hopefully I can find a Demons jumper small enough for him next year.

I feel like if I sleep tonight, that I'm going to miss the initial announcement. Half of me is about to go into celebration mode, and the other is fearing the worst. All the talk today about the pies made me sick. Let's hope for the best!

I never miss a game in Melbourne. But I must admit, the atmosphere is going to be very odd. I wouldn't be surprised if half the Melbourne fans that turn up will be barracking for the Blues.

We're better off with winning at this stage. There's nothing better then leading into the season of the end of a few wins. It'll give everyone involved with the club some hope for 2008. And like it's been said, we MUST win for Neitz this weekend. In a year with nothing much to be happy about, seeing the skipper being chaired off is going to make it worth it.

I'm really pumped for this weekend's match. I can't wait to clap the skipper onto the ground.

Just adding my 2c, the ticket that I received from the club says 7:15... but I'll be getting there early anyway. Knowing the Dome, it might be a good idea for everyone to aim to get there a few minutes early.

Oh, I totally agree with you. Staker's mark was great. But Juice's was spectacular. Hands down. edit : Jaded, I'd assume so. I agree that this system is pathetic. For example, West Cost generally have more supporters then we would.. which in the end, could be the reason why Juice's mark (the best of the year) would lose to Staker's. I'm not saying that's going to be the case, but it's a a major flaw.

I'm going to be in Brisbane on the day of the Demons vs. Carlton game at the MCG. Would anyone know of a bar in the city that might be showing the match? If not, where would be the best internet cafe to get live scores from? Cheers.
