  1. what a classical keyboard bandit you are. Want a fight, find someone at your intel and intelligence level pal. Punching way above your weight here fella
  2. I find it amazing that you can operate your smart phone (sic) and stack shelves in the one moment....I may have judged you wrongly
  3. Sort of response I'd expect from Joffa if I was a Pies supporter you low-IQ loser
  4. Give me a break guys, talk about looking in the rear-vision mirror and hitting the tree. I can tell you from a personal level, Neeld was out of his depth 1 month in at this club - he personally told me. If you think that the win/loss impact of Roos (who according to the associated avatars on this forum has more nous than any coach going around) was $equivalently different from what Mark Neeld delivered, then shoot me down. The guy had his reputation, his career and his income smashed in the experience at MFC and just for your info, he was on pretty low $. Maybe that's all he deserved I hear you saying.....get a life, move on and leave the poor bloke alone. If you want to blast me, maybe focus the replies on Lyon and co who decided he was the man for the job. I'm out, you guys are a pack of rabid drifters - and if you need to learn the definition of a drifter, read some Napoleon Hill
  5. I think I've nailed it too - so I'm putting it out there. I think it's a 2 star deal, other members are probably pretty close with the Lancelot/Kennedy thing but here's my take on the first part: The only black mouse I know of is Mickey The only electric clock of any significance is on Punt Rd (where we are working on a Trengrove deal) We aint getting Mickey Martin running up the road to the 'G' figure the rest....
  6. half right (Alex does look after the fries as in Chip) mac-lin more cryptic
  7. If we are playing at riddles, I've been told to keep mum as this is really really close, but try this.... Ronald who looks after the fries, is currently cooking us up a Mac-lin
  8. 3AW saying Roos has met with Robert Harvey - not sure what I think about him, anyone else have any good insights or opinions?
  9. Everyone needs to let this go, move on, lock the thread and let this guy heal his demons. We are here to talk about the MFC, not pass judgement on a serious life issue and not to pass best wishes to a guy who has absolutely no interest in the world in checking posts on Demon fan forum We have Carlton this week, after what they dished up last week, we could be in for an absolute hiding or just might snatch one.
  10. I'm with you HH, sat with 3 mates today to watch the gamey, I'm the only Dees supporter and one of them said with 10 mins left, "seriously man, would you be so opposed to being the Tassie Demons? Imagine the concessions you'd get from the afl" Got me thinking, we are actually an irrelevance, people pity us and when I heard Wayne Carey mock us during the North/Port game on MMM, I realised that the pity is now turning into scorn...what a pathetic rabble of a club we are and it's time we took stock and considered the alternatives my friends
  11. I sat next to Carro at a recent function mastermind, she has a lot of time for the club and our pathetic plight, don't be too quick to discount what she says, maybe she's trying to put the heat on Roos to commit as he hasn't as yet
  12. As important as we all like to think our posts are little red, Mitch aint reading the stuff on here, it's strictly saved for the likes of you. Saying that, a bit of leading- teams-demonland-style wouldn't hurt him would it?
  13. happy to be at the front muppet-master. answer me this....when he doesnt play again, and I believe he won't, what will you say after round 23 when we are 2 and 21 (after a 90 point North flogging). Will you be happy to send your best wishes to the big boy? I'm sorry, life sucks, footy is a part of that for Melbourne supporters, but for the players that come and go, the club means nothing, it's just a job. I quote you "for him to fly back to his family (probably on his own expense) to get his head right." - I reckon he can afford it just quietly hate me or not, I really don't give a flying rats fat hairy one. I'm sick of looking for mathematical tangents to fly off on with my mates to make excuses for this mob. If we are 3 and 3, then come back and remind me, I'll stand up and admit I am was wrong like a man. Outside of that, I'll continue to sit here like the last 7 years and watch the pitiful Demonland regulars look for inspiration out of desolation
  14. Roos quote: "It's early stages. All we're saying to Mitch is we're really supportive, We've talked him through where he's at and being away from the club which we're fine with. So it's just stages at the moment. We're not too worried about how long it is. At the moment it's just getting the process in place to make sure he gets healthy as quick as he can." Early stages was in in 2012 when he got recruited under Neeld, not now. Outside of that, we are running a club and sorry Mitch, we are paying you above every other player on the list. This is a business, loathe as many here are to acknowledge that fact, deliver on the $ you are attracting or here's a ticket to WA. You empathetic supporters who don't like to hear it are the same ones clapping the team off the ground for the last 5 years - this is why we have no membership and why we also accept mediocrity - a word that in this context is very "loosely used" as we don't even qualify for that
  15. I was there for the first hour - missing today from what I saw: Trengove Dawes Byrnes Tyson Dunn Tapscott Jamar Fitzpatrick Left after half hour: Clarke Hogn Grimes Evans Blease Gawn Rest all got into it pretty hard. It's amazing to see the intensity lift when Roos walks up to observe each separate group. He ran the in-close handball drill and was revving them all up pretty hard. Told them Garland and Frawley were instructed to take them out with the pads and their job was to protect the ball carrier at all costs and not let those 2 big-guys get near their team-mate. Really inspiring stuff when he yell sat them all, they appear to all relish his comments and encouragement. Observations: Kennedy-Harris is silky smooth and super quick. he also approached Roos on more than one occasion to get his feedback on a set play - like him a lot. Vince was really classy in the drills and twice got praised at full voice by Roos Watts is being watched and revved up really closely by George Stone, maybe to make him earn a mid-field spot. He spoke to him twice at close quarters Cross looks and sounds like our captain out there, he is an absolute machine and guys like Salem and Toumpas were deferring to him quite a bit in the drills Howe and McDonald really train hard and get down on themselves when they make even a small skill error - I think Roos liked what he saw as he gave them both a good back-slap as they went past They Need a coffee cart at Gosch's and take a folding chair if you head in,
  16. It's time to let go of the Neeld bashing. He's not the first or last coach to not make it at a struggling club. For all its worth, the guy is now trying to find work back in the teaching game as his prospects in senior coaching were absolutely destroyed by the media and the club's performances in general. Maybe let him be hey fellas.
  17. my ego doesn't need feeding pal. I dont know who you are either, so take it or leave it. If you don't want me to post, catch you all later, not like I spend my days trying to climb the posting ladder here. cheers
  18. no, that was Melbourne City Volvo - part of ULR group. It is not this group.
  19. My intel is that it is a dealer group, not a manufacturer. Just needs final sign-off, but at least 1 vehicle is already in the hands of a senior club identity.
  20. Reads ok to me, just watch this space and be happy
