I don't care any more about hard and fair and I think both teams line up pretty well.What I don't want to see is a lapse in either first or second qtrs. I'm looking for the more complete effort for four qtrs and that will give me a lot of satisfaction against the supposed second best team

Am i imagining things or have other runners up in previous, (err every) GF's given tacit murmuring to the "we won that game" really, but we didn't. Not withstanding the score line and the momentum change, along with the inevitable throw away the whistle earlier time frame, i am pretty sure their, FFC, collective heads were not where they should have been before the end of the third term. That said, i would be concerned if every game we play this year would be tainted with the same type of immature rubbish dished up week in week out ad nauseum, so as the post game conversation is amazingly, around non player performances or lack of it..

Maybe we are so used to getting the short end of the stick anyway the supposed "reinforcement" of rules did not sink in...

Got this straight, so all these frees were justified and Carlton didn't do any. Also Carlton were not worded up before the game about any emphasis being placed on umpire negativity. So the maggots just went MFC because they were naughty and Carlton were good 👍.

Couple of things.No more chest bumping. Do the Umpires realise that if they umpire like that supposedly for a crackdown on abuse of rules there will be a lot more of dissatisfied supporters abusing them after, and coming off. Thirdly you know your not right when players on both sides are laughing at rule interpreting.

I really don't think that he has the evasion skill and instant take off speed to play on and compliment target up the ground.
