The sheer irrelevancy of your posts these days is astounding. I havn't checkef DL in a a while and yet I am not surprised to still be seeing attention seeking posts by you. Anyway that said, I can see some potential in Lin Jong and he has shown he works hard. I think Roosy could really turn him into a good tall flanker.

What are peoples thoughts on trying to snare Lin Jong for cheap?

isnt there some good forwards in this years draft? trade Hogan for Fyfe and draft a new key forward with our first rounder?

I would put Ben Kennedy on the shortlist. Was compared to Boomer as a junior and has a tough midfield to crack into at the Pies.

1 first rounder pick wont get us too much, we ll need some currency and Howe is great currency. Teams wont give us up good players for Blease Strauss or Tapscott unfortunately

I would put Howe on the trade table. Good player but more of a nice to have. GWS would pay overs for him.

I think mids. 2 or 3 mids can easily be tagged out of games now, 6 or 7 good mids cant be. Tyson being tagged last week made me realize it when we didnt have all that much depth to pick up the pace.

Gawn struggling in contests

I am surprised by the amount of negativity here. What Bartlett is saying basically is that we need to get with the times and promote our club on a larger scale. Billboards at the airport would help as would some sorta MFC shop/ticket sales in Collins street. Our players taking photos with tourists ect rather then spending time trekking down to Casey all the time would also help. I like these ideas and its time to think outside the box more rather then trying to cling onto old strategies and culture. We need to turn our presence around. Maybe have details to MFC games on all Sthern China flights into Australia. Some more stylish MFC attire (caps hoodies singlets ) would also help.

I am surprised no one else finds what attire he is wearing interesting. I think that if he rocks up in MFC gear that he still considers himself part of the team/brand opposed to if he rocks up in just casual attire.

lol that was actually an accident due to my phone having crap useability. There was merit to my post but I guess you fail to see it as per usual and need to resort to pathetic personal attacks.
