Agree with that Dazzle, they are the only 2 key defenders we have as backup if Frost or the MCD brothers go down. Last thing we need is having to put our young key forwards down back to cover their losses. Like Spencer they are not in the best side but provide experience who can help develop the youngersters, especially at training. They were both loyal to us when they could have walked as free agents, we should do the same, they should see out their contracts unless they want to leave

Garlo & Dunn both signed 3 year contracts when they were free agents, i doubt we could get any club to take over their contracts, i suspect we are paying them more than any other club would be prepared to play. i don't think we have any players we would be prepared to trade that will net us pick 20 RG. I don't think the club would trade Wagner, noticed this on the AFL website today; Josh Wagner is one of a number of young players to be given opportunities in defence and has been the Demons' best pressure player with 10.8 points per game, 13th in the AFL.

Brisbane would laugh in our faces if we asked for pick 20 for 2 players who can't get a game and are 29 & 30 early next season. Dunn is worth zilch and Garlo would be lucky to net us a 3rd round pick.

I think he has had 3 years on the rookie list Redleg. We either have to promote him or de-list him and then pick him up in the rookie draft if the club wants to keep him
