Mac Andrew
Would have loved to see him in red and blue but not to be. 1mil+ per year is a significant investment. I can foresee the Suns continuing to have a tight cap and shed quality players over the coming years to pay for the likes of King, Andrew, Rowell, Anderson and soon Walter amongst others. Time to plant seeds to recruit the likes of Bailey Humphrey in the coming years.

2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
I wonder if we can apply for an exemption or amendment to the rules. He's been part of our NGA anyway so it's not like we haven't invested in him.

O'Sullivan playing today for oakleigh. Had an injury interrupted year but the wraps on him are very high and was impressive as a bottom ager in the champs last year. Might be in consideration for our pick- 2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch

Slowly hobbled off without assistance but escorted by a trainer nearby. Didn't see the incident itself unfortunately so not sure on what mechanism caused it. Near the end of the first quarter from memory if it's available on replay. From the way he was walking I would be surprised if it's serious but stranger innocuous things have happened.- 2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Mentha copped a knee injury in the first quarter and pretty sure didn't return to the game after that unless I'm mistaken.- 2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
He should go high next year.- 2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
@ChaserJ is there a website or resource that shows who is part of our NGA? I haven't been able to find anything doing a search online.- 2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Ollie hannaford putting on an absolute clinic. Kids got something special I reckon.- Death Ride 2.0

Port never fail to disappoint. Come home Butters, your talent is wasted there.- Season 2024 Over for Clayton Oliver
I reckon its crows. Pick 4 plus crows future 1st would be very tempting. I'd hate to see him go, one of the best players I've seen in red and blue.- Dan Houston
Port don't have their natural first round pick. Belongs to freo after they traded it for two 2nd round picks last year.- Your Preferred Premier 2024

Turn pick 3 into Baker and Allan perhaps, not a bad deal for them.- Andrew McQualter - Appointed coach of the West Coast Eagles
Steven King? Lucky not to break his leg. - some geelong crack-head- Wade Derksen
- Dan Houston
He's a gun and I would be very happy to land him. Instantly fills the Brayshaw void on-field and adds much needed dynamic kicking skills to our team. I get not wanting to trade pick 5 for him, and I don't either. But unlike most I would be reasonably comfortable in splitting the pick to land him. Turning 5 into say 9 and 10 from the tigers (post freo trade) might be a possibility. Trade 10 and 2nd round pick might get it done (I know they want two but that's their starting public negotiating point). Turning say 5 pick and ANB comp (25) or future 2nd into Houston and pick 9. That's a great outcome. Whether actually achievable or not I'm not sure. With such an open and even draft and no clear stand-outs, there's even a good chance we land our top 5 target at pick 9 anyway.- Farewell Alex Neal-Bullen
That's all good and well if both clubs are interested. Fair chance he's management had reached out to both clubs and Port said thanks but no thanks. No real point in playing charades if everyone already knows there's only one club with interest. Certainly other states would love their leaving players to nominate a return to Victoria rather than 1 specific club out of 9.- Welcome to Demonland: Pick 5
This kids a gun. Athletic and aggressive and can play any position on the ground. Think he goes first round.- Welcome to Demonland: Pick 5
Perhaps we can split pick 5 for two picks in the top 15 if there are any takers. Depends how JT and co rate the draft but given its supposed evenness we might end up with two players we really like if the top 5 are lacking star power as has been alluded to - Welcome to Demonland: Pick 5
