I only watched the first half and Jeffo was better then. More marks, score involvements and could have had a big day had he converted 2 relatively gettable shots. Kentfield I think only had 2 touches to half time but solid both marks inside 50 and converted. Going off stats it looks like kentfield got more or the ball in the second half and converted all his chances. Personally I think they compliment each other well.

I'm all for him being nicknamed one of Batman, Bruce or Bruce Wayne. Thoughts @Ghostwriter?

I'm reasonably bullish on all of JvR, Kentfield and Jefferson forming a formidable trio in the future post Mihocek.

1/2 time... Heath, Henderson and Jefferson mfcs best. Jefferson would be half way to earning a promotion had he converted his chances. Should have 5 instead of 2. Sinnema doing some impressive things.

Matthews having some nearly moments inside 50 with his intensity at the contest. Think he's going to be a fan favourite when he really gets going.

Looks to be playing very deep. Only the one free kick against I think.

First year hawk Schuburt has 4 goals in the first quarter. Not sure if Adams was on him the whole time but he definitely was manning him throughout that quarter.

Very impressed with Heath. Adams looks OK as an intercepting 3rd defender but really seems to struggle one on one

We've had a lot of play bit haven't been able to convert. Hendo, Heath and jeffo best for us early on

Another 2 goals and 23 disposals for Prasad. Sounds like we won't have access to him but worth keeping an eye on regardless. Corey Ah-Mu also listed in the bests again as a bottom aged player.

Fair point. Though I think Turner can play tall and small, Cross and Melksham are similar medium forwards types while Kentfield would play as a 3rd genuine tall instead of a hybrid. We do lose quite a bit of run in the forward half though so perhaps Laurie will be favoured (assuming Fritsch does come out).

I think Luker will come in for Fritsch. Laurie is competing with the likes of Sharp, Chandler, Latrelle and perhaps Culley, and is fighting a losing battle with his lack of pace and size. Would've loved to seen him get more games under Goodwin when he deserved a run at it. Unfortunaly for him I think it's going to be another bridesmaid year as an emergency. (Now watch me be wrong tomorrow)
