I like the idea of trialling Tholstrup at half back, he loves the one percenters and will give his all. Hopefully he doesn't try and do too much and makes good decisions by foot. Thank God we picked up Steele for our midfield.

Apologies, I wasn't there. Was just basing it off the small clips from the highlights video where he took some good grabs on the wing. Hard to read too much into any positional moves but I like his overhead game in general. I think he's a solid kick of the footy but you're right he probably needs to be more decisive with it based off his games last year.

Howes appeared to be playing further up the ground which I like.

I'm curious to see if any reports shed light on what Kings preferred 23 might look like.

That's fair and I should have included in my post that there's still a reasonable chance it will be a short term injury. My intent was more to plead for patience for those that may be celebrating that Culley has escaped serious injury prior to an official injury report.

I know Epworth are good with treating AFL players but I'm doubting he's been taken there, triaged and registered, x-rayed, diagnosed and had specific plans for surgery in the space of an hour and 15minutes since walking off the field. Perhaps an educated guess from chappy on behalf of our medical team but I would wait until a proper injury report before getting my hopes up that it will only take him out for a few weeks.

Been getting into the band Health recently. Mix of electronic/industrial/noise rock-metal.

Really hoping one of Jefferson/Kentfield can announce themselves and become a permanent fixture in our side. JvR, Windsor, Kolt, Culley, Laurie and Adams are decent candidates for taking there game further. Also big wrap for Lindsay and can see him being one of our go to distributors either at half back or on the wing. Curious to see where Howes will play. I'm not convinced third/fourth hybrid tall defender is his best spot and can see Taylor slotting into his position there quickly. Perhaps a return to the wing or half forward line where he played his juniors might suit?
