Yepp prettymuch what everyone's been talking about for six months now... Hellsgate reckons that he has heard that there is a possibility we wont take Viney. Not what ive heard from a club source and time will tell. But could you imagine us picking another player over him who fails while he rips it up for GWS - the embarrassment...

Caddy is young and there is more to him than people are seeing. Still a gamble but if his brother is anything to go buy he, Toumpas and Viney in a midfield in two years time makes me dribble.

There are those who feel that as members their money has been used on this bloke and feel dissappointed that he has left. There are people like me who think it was inevitable and that he was gone either way. And there are people who feel that Liam has the right to move on and do what's best for him and that he doesnt owe the club anything - family comes first. What I will say is that his and a number of other communities up there are in near chaos at the moment. Even Alice Springs has become quite a dangerous place after dark and it used to be pretty peaceful.

Not sure he was lazy in his last few games, more just confused and seemed to have no idea what he was supposed to be doing. He actually has pretty good disposal.

I for one see a lot of early Scott Thompson in Gys when he started out. I rate him as a player although it does seem strange that he is still quite thin. If he is a casuality of the 'behave yourself in or behave your way out' regime then I know that at least we will get a pretty decent trade for him. I havent heard anything about him going though other than speculation in the HUN so im not sure on this one.

All i can say on this topic is that I have inside info. Ive heard from a family member who knows his family that his preferred destination at the time of the draft was MFC and he even told the club so.

I know a number of MFC fans in the states. They try to watch as many games as possible. I support Arizona Cardinals - also rebuilding... I reckon larry Fitzgerald would be a good pick up for the dees!
