Until there is a clear definition of what tanking involves, the other clubs cannot be dragged into this. If they do in fact charge MFC with tanking, then it has been defined and surely other clubs must then be brought to the same justice dished out to MFC.If you're found guilty of a crime now and evidence shows that the same crime was committed 5 years ago by someone else then they will be brought to justice as well. Mitch Clark is going to be a lot more potent next season with some bigger bodies and more competent footballers playing around him. I remember the West Coast game where he snagged four and none of those goals was from an effective upfield delivery. That in itself shows the quality of the man in terms of effort and ability - he was buggered after each of those goals. Viney clearing and Clark goaling. That will do me just fine.

As long as you measure that proportionately against what he drafted in then I would consider it valid.Too much concern about what we've lost as opposed to what we've gained.

I can vividly recall the disappointment of our performance against the Lions in Rd 1 this past season. Watching the game slip away from us was nauseating. A team performance which results in a good win in Rd 1 next year will be enough to get me a semi at least.

What smacks of ignorance is that many clubs feed there palyers caffeine pills during a game for the extra energy and the quick hit. Talk about a pre-cursor of things to come for those that are easily swayed.
