PM'ing everyone rather than just putting it out there..

You can't see it because there isn't one.

I wasn't referring to your comments.

You are a lawyer.
-
You're saying this now after deducing who his Uncle is and subsequently posting it? A little hypocritical don't you think?
-
Might be looking for a mature age ruckman I reckon. Maybe jag one from the state leagues with a late pick or rookie draft.

I'm not one to wish my life away but if all this comes off I just want the 2017 season to hurry the feck up.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JORDAN LEWIS

Please clarify last sentence? No longer a Hawks player according to Lake? -

All good points but none of those blokes play in the team. How many times have we lost games we should've won over the last few years due to a lack of leadership? Many is the answer. I would rather Lewis for a couple of years now to help fast track our young guys particularly given we're not in the position to draft in the first round talent pool. The value he could add to the already existing young list far outweighs the risk of missing out on speculative talent outside of the 30 in the ND we're currently looking at. -

That last sentence is utter BS. -

Lewis if he comes, will bring with him a decade of knowing what success looks like and the work required to get it. Deledio, on the other hand.... -
Wayne Carey skills coach.

My manager just rang me. So rude.

Second rounder for Lewis. Third rounder for Hibberd. 2017 First rounder for Prestia
-
That's what West Coast said when they handed over 88 for Cale Morton.
-
Hopes of Lewis dashed.

Unfortunately it's more about cap space and less about trade value with Mitchell but I get your point. You would think that we can offer our second rounder for Lewis and get 3 or more years from him. Hawks get a better pick than they do from WCE and have a similar freeing up of cash for JOM.

I like the sound of this. To have such an experienced and well liked triple premiership player who's only just retired to work with our young defenders would be wonderful.

There's hardly been a wrong decision since Junior McD was sent packing, that the club has made with the delisting, trading or in Hunts situation, persevering with players to improve the list. I was sceptical about his worth to the team even when he was getting a bit of it in the Magoos but that was based on what I was reading, not viewing any live performances or footage. I genuinely get a thrill when he gets the ball and lights up the afterburners. Can't wait to see what he brings next year.

Taken me five and half years of blood, sweat and tears to do it as well.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MICHAEL HIBBERD
McQueen replied to KC from Casey's topic in Melbourne Demons
On face value of the current situation, I would offer them the choice of this years third rounder or next years second rounder and let them process that. At least next year we'll be back in the first round with better leverage to trade for an established A grader or take it to the draft. I feel that the value of players so far during this trade period is below what we're used to seeing from years gone by. The points system may have something to do with this and clubs may just want to get deals done before it gets too complicated. -
The question still remains as to why the Lions are shopping him around. Particularly with him being the current Captain of the club. Red flag for me.

I'm sure there's many other categories Mandee.
