KC Grimes has had a huge year at VFL level and his first up game with us was off the charts stat wise. Is he an "IN" option for Harmes this week maybe??

Has been super solid at this level Could be in the sights of a few AFL clubs. Handy back up for Big M though.

Gus seemed to be very clean and chose some good options from what i could see tonight. Hit some nice short targets and put his bod on the line on a number of occasions also. Clarry and Gus probably better than most in the mid field (Gus playing a role between HB & HF also was impressive as was the early goal on the run)

Stretch is cool in a crisis, hits targets or kicks mostly to favoured sides, runs hard into space to create options and goes in hard when he has to. I'll take that any day! Top 10 IMO this season

Great win. Big M and fantastic backline lead by Tmac, Nev the difference. Jeffy should be running and breaking lines, but refuses to take the game on. Even had the chance against one of their talls when the game was still on in the last but refused. Some nice goals in junk time and a few decent passages towards the last 10 minutes but otherwise he just didn't impact for mine. When he lost that marking contest he just turned to the ump and whinged as his opponent ran off up the field. He was gifted his ideal goal in the first, again when the game was 'on' but even fluffed that. Doesn't do enough of the team things. It's just all about Jeffy and you can't afford that type of player in a clutch game (eg., Final/GF or clutch final round match etc). He is handy when all's going well but you can't rely on him to do the team things or take the game on when the game is 'on'. He just doesn't.

Great short hit up kicks by Oscar and Brayshaw in that last bit of play. Tyson pls learn mate

Tyson either refuses or can't hit up short targets off HB. Need to do this to control the pill and keep the game on our terms until a player gets free to run & carry or break a line. Instead he just bombs the ball up the line to 50/50s old style MFC footy often gifting it straight back to the opposition for their next forward 50 entry.
