  1. Can't blame him if he wants a fresh start. When our own supporters are so pathetic that they cheer when he gets subbed off, and our coach is such a stubborn moron that he berates him before he even steps foot inside the rooms, then proceeds to play him like a yo-yo, what do you expect? I'd want to get the [censored] away from this basket case too if I had a limited time frame to have a successful career and I've been treated with such contempt. This club is a joke. My anger and disgust towards it makes me ashamed, but I can't help it. Look at what the [censored] is going on around us!
  2. I didn't see her write an article about the increasing number of schizophrenic, neurotic, psychotic Melbourne members? She must have been reading a different forum, because the only thing you gauge by reading Demonland is insanity.
  3. Would be funnier if we poached Whitfield. Oh the laughs!
  4. It's time for T$ closure. It's time for JV to smash him a good one next year, and we can all laugh and move on having dodged the biggest bullet of all time.
  5. Well he can [censored] right off then.
  6. Officially walked out of GC. Show him the money!!!
  7. Absolutely. I had a chat to him at the end of last season and his confidence was shot. He was saying that his poor form was due to not having any consistency in his role, having played everywhere during the year, including Casey where he was given different roles but never told to replicate them at AFL level. We've seen what that sort of thing can do. Watts is a perfect example of that. I get as annoyed as anyone when Morton has brain farts, and I made it abundently clear earlier in the year. Nobody expects us to just slap him on the arse and say "no worries" when he stuffs up, but it goes both ways. We need to applaude his good work and I for one thought he was excellent in the first half. What dumb footy commentators pick on are turnovers. What I saw was a guy who was busting his gut to run into position, when most others were stagnant. Neeld doesn't seem to have a lot of time for players who don't do the right thing, yet he kept Morton on the ground all game. That says to me that he saw beyond the turnovers, and so should we.
  8. Good on you. Ever played AFL at the highest level and been booed by 30,000 of your own fans? [censored] off with this hero behaviour. You have no idea what you would do in that situation. I bet you'd want to run away. At the end of the day we lost because we lost the plot in the first quarter and there was no coming back from that. It was not Morton's fault, just as nobody here is blaming Green for missing goals, or Sellar giving away a free for holding, or Jamar handballing into the hands of his opponent. It was one horrible turnover, and Morton more than payed for it.
  9. Cale Morton ran off the ground and supporters around me were cheering. FFS imagine running off with 30,000 people heckling you, then having the coach yell at you. You would want to bury yourself! He obviously did not turn the ball over on purpose, and as annoyed as we and Neeld were, I bet nobody was angrier or felt worse than Morton. Give him a break FFS. If Neeld was so furious he would have subbed him off. End of story.
  10. We won the coin toss on Saturday. I rejoiced. Kill me.
  11. Poor, dumb, exceptionally talented and attractive Benny. He had everything, fame, money, success, perfect facial and abdominal features, and he threw it all away because he couldn't kick the drug habit. I don't feel sorry for him anymore, I feel sorry for his family and mostly his kid, because that kid won't have a father for very long if Cousins continues to behave like an irresponsible superstar.
  12. Harden up kid. If the worse thing an opposition supporter has on you, is that you barrack for an elitist club, you're doing alright. We should be proud of the fact that we are a club of educated snobs. Beats being associated with this
  13. I'd rock one to the footy every week. Beats wearing a gurnsey *fashion crime*
  14. Love it, except for the bit where it looks like a school blazer. A bit of redesigning, with a simple embroidered MFC intertwined logo, and a thinner contrast binding (Ralph Lauren style), and I'm buying one!
  15. If you get to post Katy Perry doing dubstep, I get to post the greatest parody of all times
  16. I believe the time to tell me that this was about rock, was when I put up Whitney, no? Also, Katy Perry, really?! Only when drunk!
  17. Quite excited that Adele won all the Grammy awards this year, instead of rubbish ho-bags like Katy Perry. At least one female on the planet struck gold from a crap relationship
  18. To commemorate one of the greatest divas of all time, I present my favourite 80's hit. I have spent many a weekends getting drunk and dancing to this one. RIP Whitney! P.S.- some epic fashion choices in that video clip.
  19. I think our premiership success does not depend on the happiness of Green, Davey, Rivers and Moloney. But we won't win a flag without Grimes, Trengove, Frawley and Garland. Footy is like any other competitive industry, people lose out, people get fired, and people have to put up with it. The players who are no longer in the leadership group have clearly done something wrong. Jones and Grimes made it through 2011 because they displayed outstanding leadership in tough times. The other 4, didn't.
  20. Not exactly a music video as such, but Axis of Awesome are too good to miss. Plus it makes you realise how everything we listen to, essentially sounds the same. Also, you might recognise the song at 5:03
  21. What I meant was, it's not "I'm about to hit a ball for the first time in two days, and I'm so exhausted I must screetch". For some reason their grunts seemed in direct correlation to their exhaustion level, as opposed to the women who just always strike me as yelling to distract their opponent from listening to the pace and drop of the ball. Who knows, maybe I'm wrong.
  22. Fair point, but at least they don't scream as soon as they hit a first serve. The men were battling hard out there. If they want to grunt occassionally, so be it. It doesn't really distract me to be honest.
  23. I never said anything about the match not being great, or him not being a great player. I just dislike his attitude (and his super annoying girlfriend who needs to just sit the hell down), and I wanted Rafa to win. Rafa had to overcome a knee injury early on and still made it to the final, so credit to him too.
  24. I couldn't stay up and watch it, given I had to be at work very early this morning, but I am devestated that Nadal lost to that arrogant [censored]. But, now that the tennis is over, we are only weeks away from the return of the only sport I truly care about!
