Will be interesting to see what our plan B for a small forward is if we have one.

Not 100% sure but it was a while ago 2018 I think where it was announced that they had funding from government and council and it would go ahead but strangely nothing since. Springfield is a hell of a long way from the Gabba too similar to Casey and the mcg I suppose.

Brisbane train at Coorparoo which is about 5 mins from the Gabba but there was talk that they would have a new base in Springfield which is about 45min from the Gabba depending on traffic. So facilities may not be as different as we think.

Hell if I had a choice I would choose the lions too. So sad.

Not only has it puzzled two afl greats but it’s got me stuffed. Now I can look forward to season 2020 knowing Omac will most likely play in the seniors. Yippie, my 7 yo son has more upper body strength than Omac. Fun times ahead.

I’m just concerned that there seems to be so much faith in Omac from the coaches and to date I cannot see why that is justified. He seems to be a goody favourite and I have no idea why Omac would want to get a lot better to warrant a game rather than get one because someone is injured or to keep developing him. We cant afford to play one down when he is in the team

Our club is the King of spin. The only difficulty they have is backing up their talk on the park. Hopefully that will change one day.

Don’t get me wrong I would like to keep Frost but I would not be paying overs. We seem to have already done that with May and Lever and can’t keep doing it (albeit they are better players). Its irrelevant anyway as we haven’t offered him a contract and he is on his way to the hawks.

If my memory serves me correctly May and Lever were both out in the last round which is what I referred to. So it’s a little more realistic than ur sarcastic reply. Also Viney could at least match brown in the strength department which is more that I could say for Omac. Have a good night wise.

I know but if May was injured and Lever can’t play one on one or injured like the last round then it could happen. But what ever floats ur boat.

Imagine if Omac was one on one against Brown. Ha ha would be an absolute slaughter. Fun times ahead.

If this is the case then he would want to play a hell of a lot better than he has to keep his spot. I dont want him in the side just to develop him if he plays like he did this season. That’s what the vfl is for.

Good luck Frosty and I’m annoyed we are letting u go. On a positive note u will prob play more finals than us and will win a premiership before us too Geez when the hawks want a player they generally get him. They seem to have a really good recruiting department and they also seem to have elite medical staff too given what they have done with some injured players (with Patton on the way as well) Then there is us and that’s why we are where we are and the the hawks are successful.

No matter if we are going well or going crap it always comes back to the COACH. At the end of the day it’s his responsibility to get the team going.

I am so sick of seeing other teams winning the premiership. Be nice before I’m dead to see one just one ffs.

He also looks like a big unit to which is another positive.

It would be a nice change if our club recruited players and played them in positions they have played in or are used to playing in rather than seeing if they can play in another position.
