Titan I actually think having Tmac in the ruck all game might actually work in his favour and It might help him find some form. That’s of course if that’s what goody has put him in the side to do which I have no idea if it is. Goodies coaching is a mystery to me tbh.

May or lever should have got the captaincy for today’s game. Melk and goody are good mates and we know how goody has his favourites. If u based it on form then May would have been the first choice.

Why does that surprise u SWYL. One player is a protected species the other is a sacrificial lamb and of course a Melbourne player. Makes perfect sense. Any time the AFL want to set an example a Melbourne player steps up.

This weeks game is just as important as last weeks game imo. Will be interesting to see if we go back to our old ways considering we only played one good quarter being the last when the crows pressure eased off. If north pressure us for 4 quarters I’m not sure we are good enough to deal with it. Big test for Goodwin at selection and on GameDay. The pressure is still well and truely on the coach and team.

If we manage Gawn could TMac come in for him and do the ruck duties. TMac has the tank so could be an option and could bring him back into some form. All he has to do is purely focus on the ruck.

Hard game to watch but finished well and we won. Jackson looks good and works well in combination with Weid. Good to see brayshaw hit some form after half time. Oliver played his best game tonight.

@Rodney (Balls) Grinter Consistently rotating our mids should be part of our game plan now especially that we have similar type mids but from what I can see it doesn’t happen much if at all. I know I’m not an AFL coach but this basic plan should be part of our game plan imo. The further Goodwin has coached us the less confident I have become in his ability to get the best out of our list and provide a game plan that suits the list he has at his disposal.

It’s so weird having a game day thread on a Wednesday. Strange times.

Amazing if you play players in their correct position that generally their form improves. Who would have thought that!!!!!

If I remember correctly Bartlett has said there are NO excuses this season. The way the crows have played this season our reserve side SHOULD beat them so with Gawn missing through injury it shouldn’t be used as an excuse. This is a game I can see us losing as the players look terribly dispirited during the PA game similar to when a coach loses the players but time will tell.
