Agree totally Watts. DB needs to go. Consistency apart from a game plan is what we lack big time. Even under ND we had no consitency. Its time for a change no doubt about that its just a matter of time.

There are a few articles on the Dees today in the Herald Sun. The pressure is getting turned up on the Dees which is good to see. Another loss will continue to increase the pressure but a win will ease it slightly. From what I have seen in the past when the articles start, the pressure is increased and most importantly the big cheese comes out in support of the coach it normally ends in a new coach being appointed. Will see how long it lasts.

All I am saying is that the coach (if you can call him that)should be a discussion point at the board meeting. FFS they dont have to make a decision but at least discuss it.

So you are happy with the way things are and happy for the board not to even discuss the coach even at this early stage????

Saw an article in the Age today where Stynes was on 3AW and said he had a long chat to DB after the WC game and what needed to be done for next week. He did mention that nothing was said about the coaching or that coaching was not on the boards agenda for this weeks board meeting. I would hope that the coach would be on the agenda and that Stynes did not want to say it was in the interview. If its not on the agenda we are in the sh#t big time. (he also commented on how Green needed to pull his finger out which I am sure we all agree with)

Clearly the coach is not going to change this week and neither is the game plan have to try something. Just something.

Send a message to the other players that last week is not acceptable. Knowning DB he probably wont make many changes if any.

Dont forget guys Ess was crap last year and now look at them. All we need is a new established coach and we too will see the massive change in the players attitude.
