  1. Could be LG, but Chip is still only 25, would command a contract of at least 5 yrs at about $750k pa and he's been an AA. Sounds to me like a high compo pick coming....
  2. Won't be much peace if you PM BBO your location old. BBO and an open bottle of red are like seagulls on chips.
  3. You could tell all that whilst peering at your ipad and swigging from bottles of shiraz? Uncle Glitter, you should be pushing Rawlings out of a job next year!
  4. ATM no one, in 6 months I'd love for it to be Cameron, Mitchell and Petracca.
  5. Would love for Barry, Michie and Gawn to play the remaining games this year. They would benefit from a run of games together.
  6. What's the bet that if GWS are winning by 5 goals with 10 mins remaining next week they put all their bench on the ground and have to forfeit the match... The Petracca Cup.
  7. And his safety deposit box replaced with a shipping container.
  8. Can we please get some guys who can kick set shots at goals? If we made the most of our opportunities each week we'd probably have 4-5 more wins.
  9. I went today and despite being surrounded by Dorks supporters more interested in checking in on facebook and twitter than watching the game, I found some positives. Jetta's season continues to climb and he is on track to top 3 in the Bluey. I would never have said that 12 mths ago. I thought Michie, Gawn and Barry were positive inclusions today. They would benefit from playing the remaining games this year. Big Max can take a good grab, something that our other big men struggle to do. And Tyson continued his excellent year. This guy is still young with only a handful of games to his name. Imagine him at 25 with 100. Dawes was quiet and really needs at least one more KPF to support his hard running and physical presence. And last, we have a large number of dumb footballers in our side with poor skills and decision making. The sooner we can upgrade from them the better.
  10. Shorter like 7 years @$800k a la Chip? [censored] him.
  11. IF, if Chip goes, I'd like Roosy to trade one high pick and use the other on Petracca or Brayshaw. But... if we finish the year poorly, which may well happen, I wouldn't be surprised if he traded both high picks for established mids. We need quality input now, not in 3, 4, 5 years. The urgency is increasing. We don't have the leadership to develop a pack of young guys. Let another club develop them, cause we can't. Trade for immediacy, while we have the double high pick currency.
  12. That's makes Jordie very poor KDA.
  13. As wise a words as I've read on 'land.
  14. I've seen some VERY unsettling things in the last week Biff. Visions that will burn in my memory for a long, long time. BBO has a lot to answer for. Your 'prescription' drugs are working wonders Biff. I wonder if they could also help Toady, or even Stuie...?
  15. A mask and a gimp ball Biff. I think you'd have a number of those to choose from.
  16. You blokes thinking the players need to come out this weekend and smash the Hawks to avenge so many losses might want to have a gander at Chris Scott's view on what players, FD and club think of revenge. http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-news/how-footy-went-cold-on-a-dish-called-revenge-20140808-101olo.html
  17. Are you for real? You actually wish for young men at the peak of their careers to get significant injuries? What a nob.
  18. Nothing like a bit of cultural stereotyping, eh jazza...
  19. Mate, have you had a look at your life-like avatar lately?! I'd say it's you that needs considerable help. Biff, please send a wheelbarrow of your finest anti psychotic drugs to BBO. Oh, I forgot.... They are not anti.....
  20. Sage advice indeed. I've always considered your wisdom underrated on 'land dc.
  21. Thanks for your excellent therapy and support Biff. The drugs you prescribed have certainly kicked in. Time will heal the wounds I hope.
  22. At one point (in between trying to avoid BBOs wandering hands and guzzling watered down beer from plastic cups) I looked at our back six on the weekend. TMac, Turlich, Garland, Chip, Jetta and Dunn. While Jetta and Dunn are serviceable kicks, none of them could be considered close to elite disposal standard. And there's Grimes to come back in! No wonder why Jack Watts gets thrown down back... when he can get the ball, that is.
