Remarkably civil conversation on many of the threads tonight. Engaging and respectful. Seems to be a lack of pointless arguing and belittling by a certain poster. Makes Dland worth logging into.

Any fool can see that comparing Blease with Hunt is ridiculous. One apparently had a bad attitude, was given a number of senior games to get his act together and failed. The other has a good attitude according to the coaches and those that have talked to him and has been given another year to test his ability (hopefully) at senior level. Until Hunt gets a number of senior games, the comparison is void and simplistic. Seems like some can't get over their MFCSS. Sad really.

If, if Hogan came back from the six week break (or however long it was) pre Xmas with terrible skin folds having not done anything in WA and had a lacklustre preseason, would you automatically still pick him round 1? Hypothetical, obviously.

Plugger had a chest that made grown men cry in fear, as well as a set of hands and set shot at goal that was the envy of all. I saw him kick 16 (?) one day and could not believe that a forward would dominate so totally. Mind you, there was Dunstall, Ablett and even Modra around that era as well

OMac at chf is an interesting call chook. He's certainly put on size and his tank is much improved. I like your thinking but IMO Pedo is more likely. Also think Petracca (if ready) would get a spot on the bench ahead of Kennedy. Regardless, it's really pleasing to have competition for spots and decent depth.
