He has ability, but where his best place is I do not know. l believe he could be the type of project player that Goodwin could improve.

Hibbert would care little as to which pick gets him to his club of choice, if that's what you are saying CBD, as long as it gets done. However, he will certainly try and avoid the uncertainty of the Grievance Tribunal (which the AFL will no doubt skew Essendrug's way) and get it done by a trade. The GT is a disaster waiting to happen because it could go on beyond the trade/draft period. I don't believe we can do much else but offer them our 2nd rounder from this year or next year. Hopefully next year that equates to pick 36.

That's how it could pan out Mickey. I asked because I've heard a few posters claim that this year's draft is a very good one. If our first pick does become 45, we are effectively missing out on all the top end talent from this year's draft. Let's hope Jason Taylor can pull another late gem or two out of his proverbial.

All players dream of playing finals, they would all rather play a final in 2016 (or four) rather than finish outside the 8. No one within the MFC would rather finish 9th. Finishing 2016 playing finals would be a huge step towards a flag tilt in 2017 and/or 2018. Anyone who saw the '87 finals series would know just what is possible. Dare to dream!

If Pedo was the only player that missed a regulation shot last week, I would agree. He wasn't and contributed quite well for a guy whose been labeled on Land as not able to run much, fat, in the way of the other forwards... and now very casual. ATM compared to our other key forwards (Watts excluded) he's fantastic value for money. edit. Queue some fool responding with "yeah, let's get rid of all our highly paid players and replace them with cheap plodders"
