I hate Jack Watts.
-
When he led and took that strong mark against the Bulldogs last week I could picture in my mind dozens and dozens of those over the next 10 years. Beautiful set shot routine as well.
-
Wishing a star player to fail and gloating over a preseason storm in a teacup are uniquely Demonland experiences Wise. Traits of MFCSS.

10 inches min to gain entry picket

Prepare for 13 page thread of rumour on each player that isn't selected. Even then, it'll still be Jack Watts' fault
-
I enjoyed this. No Dwwwayne Russell

Never tire of watching that. Great to hear commentators that know our player's names and aren't simply talking about themselves. Loved the "That's it! They've won!" after Tyson's first goal. -
Does anyone seriously think Goodwin cares about Jack's performances year 1 to 8? Rhetorical question of course. I can see Goodwin now... "oh, how on earth are we going to make Jack pay for his poor 2012 because it will effect how he performs in 2017, despite a breakout year in 2016, so he owes us, even though I wasn't here then!" FMD.

Biff, are you going to insist on being referred to as 'Dear Leader' upon your return? Will you send some women to snuff out Uncle Bitters at the airport as he makes his mercy dash?

Careful, you'll whip up a frenzy on Land

Stu's head would be spinning at 10,000rpm on this thread

I also heard this "'Wattsy' has come a long way in the seven years that I've known him and he's probably in the best headspace he's been in for a long time. "So I don't think it's an attitude problem this year. The Jack Watts we saw last year will be the Jack Watts we see this year, we just didn't see it on the weekend." As well as discussion on experimenting with 2 true ruck men during the practice games. There are many ways to read the situation. Could be attitude, could be his hand in a brace, could be trialling new/young players before R1, could be a mismatch against the Bullies backs, and so on. Might even be a number of these or more. The only certainty is the gleeful bias of the op here.

Hmmm, an anonymous poster who claims to have it on "good authority" and a couple of very average journos who have heard it from "sources within the club". Watertight evidence so far. Maybe it's the bowling green massacre or the terror in Sweden...

There'd be plenty of fauna and flora contained within!

This ^ ^ Confirmation bias is only valid when the info is confirmed as being true. I'm not saying Watts hasn't come back underdone, I have no idea. Track watchers seem to indicate it's bs. But unlike some, I'm not going to jump to biased conclusions based upon rumours in the press.

It's OK WYL, we should be grateful for the wise words of Benny, words based upon rumour thus far.
-
Your continual replies say otherwise Benny, which is nice to know.

Prodee thinks it's true. That's good enough for me. What more do we need?

Ricky Nixon is such a [censored]. The man is a loose cannon. -
I think most are complaining the goals posts shift yearly via fine print with little notice, and the average punter is treated like a funding source rather than a customer. Sooner or later technology always finds a way to bypass them.

The MCG is our home ground. The others are tenants. Besides, the Filth won a flag training from Gosches. Actually, forget that bit....
-
So after going thru this thread, is fair to say the AFL, Telstra and Foxtel are a bunch of conniving, cheap [censored]. Taking customers for granted is a slippery slope.
