How many hours a week to they train a session think about it, we won a premiership doing that, it is what it is and until that changes suck it up I say.

Wow, they have to travel for four hours for two days to train. How imposing is that? Guys making good money to play a game. I don't know how the common folk do that for five to six days a week for a lot less money. What a bunch of precious people.

You would fit in well on a sheep farm....
  4. I love that people on here seem to think what's going on at the club but cannot tell me with facts and they just assume they know, and you know what that assume means? I'll wait for the results.
  5. Yeah CHAMP keep dreaming.
  6. Elite is someone who is good at all facets of the game, example of an elite melbourne player Robert Flower, and he ain't no SOG..Son of God.
  7. That's not what he is saying, the style of gameplan in 21 was contest to contest it is not played that way now it's an open style and we got slaughtered at times doing that.
  8. Someone who understands football....
  9. Forget this year when obviously he's had his issues mind and body, but he also puts other players in no win situations or he just rushes his kicked and handballs.
  10. It must be hard for you to understand, just because I don’t excited over awards doesn't mean he doesn't he’s not worthy of them, but I will say B&F voting in most clubs are a bit strange to say the least.
  11. He is not elite in late 21 he started becoming an outside player and Viney was part of that change when he stopped trying to be a rugby player and just dished the ball off and Oliver was the better for it.
  12. I don't care about awards and by the way I haven't said Oliver is not a good player but you guys fawn over stats as if it's the only thing that matters and get blinded by them.
  13. I think it's this, but smarter people using the internet can confirm Disposal Efficiency 70.4 Kicking Efficiency 56.1
  14. It's a mixture of both that's why it a team game sport.
  15. No you some of you lot have no understanding of football and get excited over possession stats.
  16. Marcus Bontempelli has kicked 232 in 11 seasons even Josh Dacios has kick more goals than Oliver.
  17. How many goals has Oliver kicked over nine years well it's 58 not many for an elite midfielder as some say, oh by the way Nick Daicos is 8 goals short of him in 3 years.
  18. Yeah Richmond went well with their midfield....
  19. Sarcasm is wonderful.
  20. Don't blame him he wanted regular games we didn't do that, in a nutshell Goodwin didn't think enough of him full stop.
  21. You coach with what you have got and it would have been different if they had Gawn in those years as he was a better tap ruckman then, in regards to our midfield and will say it again one paced they have endurance but not speed, Viney, ANB, sparrow, Trac who will play more forward than midfield going forward, Oliver has some speed but a shocking decisionmaker, Kossie is not a midfielder for a couple of reasons and should be left as a forward full stop.
  22. Ports entries into the forward line is just playing into the cats hands.
  23. Now that's a big call and by the way should add year 24
  24. Well you clearly no nothing about football so I will leave it at that...
  25. Every game starts with how you want to set up first, so you are saying that the 2 main midfielders in Gawn and Viney cannot change it when things go wrong? Remember you only have 4 times to send a runner out a quarter and after goals but the players would would have the ability to be able to change it don't put it all on McQualter remember he was in charge of the midfield at Richmond when their midfield was flying so he has credits in the bank for that. You also seem to forget we had the same problems with Yze and he wanted to play a different game style for the midfield when he was there but he couldn't because of the gameplan, our midfield is one paced, lack foot skills, lack of decision making ability they are grunt players and until they change that we will struggle next year McQualter needs cattle to work with so to speak.
