Prismall played a couple of good games for the cats (stats wise) and then went to the bommers and has done nothing! If this happens Gysberts may well become Jobe Watson #2 and we'll be cursing this trade for years and years to come.

Prismall is no better (in my eyes) to Magner, Couch or any other VFL player we could get for nothing. Theres only one winner in a Gysberts for Prismal + 600ml Coke & packet of Twisties, and thats the bummers.

I think signing Ray should be more of a priority than Pederson. We could do with another Mid or two who is comfortable at AFL level. However we have a fair few young guys who could play the pederson role after a good preseason (Fitzy is the obvious choice IMO).

I like Olisk's post above. If Toumpas is available he would be the best fit for our needs IMO. Wines is probably the best available after the top 3 GWS are likley to take, and probably the most ready made mid in the draft?

I feel sorry for Aaron Davey. Was a gun forward, then was asked to play HBF/Mid becasue he was the only player on the list that could hit a target by foot, then he got tagged and the media had a field day on him for all of the shortcomings in his game. Give him a full preseason and play him in a role that suits his fitness levels and theres no reason he cant be a valuable player for us again

all the original teams have great songs. Eagles is probably the worst in the AFL, hands down. Close second would be that eastern block sounding garbage that GWS have.

I agree with everyone that has said he needs to lift a few gears in 2013. Having said that, out of all the u18 highlight packages released before/after the draft each year, Tapscott's one gave me reason to be optamistic, and im still optamistic. I think once he feels confident at AFL level he will be a major weapon for us. half back, or half forward flank. Nathan Jones reckons he only now feels like he truly belongs at AFL level. Although Tappy's a stong lad, im sure he doesnt feel like he truly belongs in the AFL side just yet. Perhaps after a full preseason and a clear role in a single position he might show us a few more tricks.

Im a fan of Jettas, but this is probably the only post in the thread that reflects reality!
