2023 Injury List
Very disappointing WCW! I’m wondering if you could call Mrs Fritta, enquire in detail as to 6goalfritta’s state of health with particular reference to his recently injured foot, record the conversation and post it on this thread. Perhaps then we could find it in our hearts to forgive you recent transgression.

Training Ground?
Are they still talking about the MCG precinct? I don’t really care but they do treat us like fodder.

POSTGAME: Rd 18 vs Brisbane
Macca I class myself as one who doesn't go round blaming umpires and if I could be bothered to look I think you'd find posts where I've defended them. I also had an excellent view of the incident and I thought it was a terrible decision. I thought May put his hands on Daniher, one in the side and the other on the side of his back, to hold him out, not to push him. As far as I'm aware that's quite legal. When Daniher flung himself forward May's hand held their position, they didn't push him. Daniher has form. Earlier in the match he tried to milk a 50m penalty. May was unset with the decision because he knew he didn't push him. Daniher had misjudged the ball and May was peeling back to take the mark. As you and I would agree, it's an impossible game to umpire and my explanation above is full of judgement's I can't be sure of. You saw the same thing and have a completely different interpretation, just as valid as mine, but I think you're very wrong. Let people have their opinions. Oh, and for the record, the only time I've ever wondered if the umpires cheat was the 2016 GF where the Dogs (everyone's favourites) got a dream run that was hard to explain and was a continuation of their "good fortune in the PF the week before.

Like what? Letting him play injured? As WCW says "morons will be morons".

I think what you’re overlooking AF is Collingwood success is built on defence (they have lowest against in the comp) and outstanding pressure. That strikes me as the perfect combination for winning finals. Added to that is they play with freedom whereas we often play scared. They are the flag favourites for good reason but like anyone they can be beaten.

Best TV for watching footy
Thanks Laysie. The model number is oled65C9PTA and I reckon it's 3 or 4 years old now. The ghosting is like a "multiple" image. I think the refresh rate is 120Hz. It's been suggested to me that the refresh rate is too fast for Kayo but I'm afraid the technicalities are beyond me and as far as I know there is no option to change the refresh rate in settings. I've tried the "trumotion" setting with no result. I've also been onto LG (who in the main are very helpful) but they haven't been able to find an answer. A search of the internet seems to suggest that this is not an uncommon issue for this tv with some streaming services. My major issue is that I don't want to buy a new tv and find a similar issue. Any help you can offer would be appreciated greatly.

Best TV for watching footy
Sometime ago I spent an obscene amount of money on a new TV, an Oled LG, 65 inch, only to find that the football ghosts when I stream Kayo. It's very frustrating. It's no good for golf replays either and I'm considering buying a new TV. Does anyone have any knowledge that will help me. I'm worried about buying a new TV and suffering the same issue. Any help or comments would be much appreciated.
