Petty provides a competitive strong marking option up forward, who also applies strong defensive pressure. Unless and until BBB or TMcD show that they are fit / injury-free enough, and hit some form, surely Petty stays. Maybe Disco can get a run as a third tall defender soon.

Sure Joel may be a skilled footballer, but he has played one VFL game in half a season, and has only just resumed full training. Not nearly ready for a recall. He could have been a champ, but has never had the opportunity to show it. And what do you mean by losing Weed for Sashy - didn't we suggest / ask Weed to move on so how were we dudded? JVR a liability??? Have you watched our games? He not only kicks goals (only 1 v NM) but also works up the ground and is coming along very nicely for a 6 gamer.
