Ugh. Still no discernible game plan

Harmed hasn't but a target yet.

The place is empty. Fair dinkum. Away strip looks good. Hard to be optimistic.

I wonder what the forward line plan was before we were forced to play TMac up front?

Roof closed. TMac having shots on goal with BF and Hoges. A while to go, but pretty empty.
  6. Same as it ever was... same as it ever was...

2 goals in a half. I've got no complaint about effort. But there is no recognizable game plan. Reminds me of the worst days off Neeld. Dreadful. But with much better players now. It's miserable
  8. At the Comm Games in QLD. Watched the Australian netballers (shortest priced favourites ever) get done by a single point with a penalty after the final bell. Probably less painful than being at the 'G. Son and heir texted the progress from the 'G - good to see his vocabulary expanding nicely... The only blokes I have faith in at the moment are PJ, Oliver and Max.

Agree 100%. I think the thing about that handball was the we mortals had a real clear view of the chaos. One moment he's in the pack, then Viney busts through and gives it to Clarry - who has seen TMac and bullets the handpass. I've looked at it dozens of times, I know the ending, but I still can believe he found TMac. Joy.
  10. Turns out it's taken from a pinterest post. Full post: " Pro-Athlete Diabetics cannot withstand head impacts as well as those who are non-diabetic because cells in diabetics cannot use glucose well and all tend to be deficient in magnesium. This makes them more sensitive to the effects of excitatory neurotransmitters like glutamate, which are released in massive amounts following a concussion. Supplemental Magnesium and a High DHA, higher-fat diet are huge to boost brain energy levels to protect against head injuries " So, until further evidence, it's bullsh$t
  11. I'd love a reference to the peer reviewed study/studies that "showed" this...
  12. Back to the thread... this bloke looks like a serious socks-down footballer. It's such a relief not see stick figures out there wearing the red-and-blue. Who knows how he'll go, but he's a chance
  13. The next minute he gets put in defense or something Not a star, but got caught in a period of "average player management", I reckon

Just watching the Filth vs Carltank - and I don't want to ever hear that Watts could be / is like Pendlebury... they share some motor skills - FULL STOP...

Ah yes - I was playing cricket at St Kevin's that day - slow day in the outfield with Mick Taylor soaring above us!
