Gold Coast really keen on Francis and Curnow. Not so much on Parish.
-
few things I've heard. Not sure why GC don't cut their losses now and use his contract status as a tool to extract more than they'll get next year.
-
lol. amended. (expect that sort of pedantry from your brother!)
-
most likely. In 2017? He'll 100% be in Victoria, and highly likely be a Demon.

Come home to Twitter mate. We miss you. luv #Dadbros -
Go make yourself a nice margarita pal.

Take it with tequila and a slice of lemon too if you want. It's factual. Whether it eventuates we shall see. I sure hope it doesn't. We'll get more value elsewhere.
-
Yep, clearly Collingwood miles behind GC and North as our preferred trade. That said, swallowing up their mileage might mean one of Treloar or Aish is still standing when the music stops.

Howe met with Buckley in Bali today and wants to play for the Pies.

Usually by this point in October my bush telegraph is smouldering. But there's bugger all out there this year. This is only a gut feel, but I sense something clandestine happening. The Hamish Hartlett example shows where Melbourne are at. I heard that weeks before and was sworn to secrecy. We unearthed the chance of him walking, but when other clubs picked up on it was a feeding frenzy until Port ended it with 6 years. Reckon we've got the cards stapled to the chest, lest the more attractive clubs roll in and bury us. Bit to play out yet.

Demonland would be so much better if you could filter [censored] puns.

First I've heard of that. Seems adamant its Port and Port alone
-
Adam Tomlinson also potentially in the mix for a tall. Contracted, but adamant he's walking. Carlton favourites, but Dees interested.
-
I work with his housemate. Going nowhere.

2nd rounder for Melksham and the Scums 3rd round. That 3rd rounder to Collingwood for Kennedy. Basically Melksham and Kennedy for our 2nd pick. Bit to play out (the annual Dodoro grab for glory that will no doubt hold things up), but that's the word right now. -
Yarran, along with Garlett, Kickett, Narkle and Cox are Noongar names that are a dime a dozen in Perth. Yarran in Midland is like Khan in Lahore.
-
Really Stak? after all these years you're still throwing that one up?

Message from a contact the other day "dees doing the tuning. others doing the rooting".

a series of quotes from sources yesterday: 1,000,000 - 1 shot We're playing Hay List to Geelongs Black Caviar, but still a chance. I've got more chance of being drafted. Its difficult to not dream until it's a definitive no. But don't leave your nuts flapping in the wind waiting for good news.

RoosGoodwin Bartlett AHG Michie Morton there's a few off the top of the head. As Ive said before, just because trades don't happen doesn't mean they arent tabled. you need to remember you barrack for Melbourne. Few blokes with options want to play for us. Do you think our meagre returns at the trade table are due to Mahoney and Viney sitting on their hands? Think what you want. I'm comfortable leaving you to stuff you read in Facebook and "The Haydn Bunton Thread"

not intentional. no detail other than having a crack.
-
Yes.

3 years, more money than Essendon. Goodwin a fan. Some of you guys need to remember not every deal is going to be a game changer. -
Colin told my source directly he'd signed. Why he would tell a relative stranger he'd signed, if he hadn't, is beyond me. You'd think he'd flat bat and say "working through the details". This isn't heard it on the grapevine stuff. Which, by the way, I don't post.
