I really hope so WYL as I have no intention of swapping my legs for wheels any time this decade. I have no problem with the idea I just have a very cyncial view of politicians. They all gild the lilly to suit there re election plans. And god forbid but we have a PM that tell pork pies on a regular basis. So I will believe it when it happens.

I am always surprised by the number of people that assume everyone gets heavier as they get older. Some people stay skinny all there lives. It just may be that Gysberts and Morton will stay they way they are forever. There have been some very good skinny players over the years. Bartlett and Tuck come to mind, a couple of skinny hacks who managed 300+ games and numerous premierships. If they can play well I do not care how skinny they are.

No DC you did not miss a thing. We will be in wheel chairs before it happens. IMO it is a potential future development plan. If the MFC is based at docklands before 2030 it will be a miracle.

I used to think that too Chook. Then at the tender age of 62 my right knee blew up. All the long distance cycling went straight out the window. Struggled to do any exercise for 6 months and put on 5 kg. The Ageing process gets us all in the end. And it will get you. I hope it is all a long way off
