A relocated team has been reported to the best option favoured by the AFL. The only logical suspects are North and Saints. It’s a backward move to dilute the talent pool with another new club but would be a positive move to dilute the excess of Victorian suburban clubs for a more inclusive and balanced national competition. It is interesting to note that previous relocated clubs like Sydney and Brisbane still have strong support in their former homes. A relocated club also will have solid support in their new home as there are no other codes to compete against and Tasmania is a football grass roots state. Now it’s time for the AFL to twist arms and dangle dollars in the air.

Not sure I would have Jones as a SUB if we got to the GF. We need a player that could impact the game and selected to play a role. No doubt in the GF a SUB baring an early injury would be likely substituted in at some later stages of the game for tactical purposes. No use pretending otherwise.
