Watts should be tall forward v. Saints
Bitter but optimistic replied to TGR's topic in Melbourne Demons
Playing Fitzy and Pedo is a logical move in the circumstances, surely. Our main big men are out so we need to replace them. Pedo drew praise from Roos for his efforts against Richmond and Fitzy has looked his best as a leading forward. Jack has been tried up forward previously without being a raging success. In fact his best footy has been out of the backline! All seems quite logical to me. And as to your "What if Fitz and Howe were out as well" proposition - well they are not - so, at this time, it is irrelevant. -
Nah! She turned out to be a real turkey.

Take it easy OD - Shannon Byrnes will do the business. -
The "Lads" are quite adament we are looking at a pisang. This is despite my telling them about the last letter. They can be pig headed. That reminds of an article (written by a feminist) I read years ago that insisted "beetroot" should be Australia's national dish because that was what Australian men mostly did to their wives.

I'm with you Col. The best thing Jack can do is deliver the ball to our forwards - Pedo and Fitzy is my guess but I will not be surprised if Gawn is also on the scene. -

I'm glad I wasn't your Maths teacher Moon. BTW. I've figured out how you lost that finger. Constantly dragging your knuckles on the ground while shambling along will do it.
-
You lose a finger somewhere Moon? I'd hate to think where!!!!!

Very unfunny Moon. However, at least you put your hand in your pocket for the right reason this time.

You know what Lordweaver is like DC. It's all about corporal punishment or ,frequently, major punishment. He also frowns upon frocking - at least out of wedlock. Almost there Tony.

It will take 48 years of wholehearted support for Melbourne to have any chance of forgiveness for your 16 years of sin.

There was a joke going around in pre politically correct times about a very useful household appliance that did the washing, ironing etc and then could be screwed on the bed. No doubt someone will recall how it goes.
-
Or. conversely, keep your hand on it Stu and relieve all that tension. I'm concerned for your health.

Many MFC supporters, myself and OD included have stuck through far worse than the loss of a player. It is, above all, a team game

Well one thing's certain - if we lose this game, PJ will need to produce a pretty handy letter to salvage the membership campaign. -

The question of Gawn's tank has been raised before. Just how far short of AFL running requirements is he? -

I was concerned about your welfare Stuie. You really are an ungrateful Bastard .
-
No worries, I still love you RTG. And so does Biffen, but he is spun out on drugs ATM and cannot tell you personally.
-
Everything OK in the caravan park Stuie? That offer of a room at The Gat still stands.

There are very few men of culture and sensitivity on this site Catherine. I pride myself for being among that select group (of approximately one really). Ignore Song's pecs and read back over my posts - you'll learn all you need to know.

You just have to love Demonland! -
I can't understand Olds objection to being called negative. He is wonderfully negative. OD has made negativity an artform. OD is a reality check to those pathetic souls who think we follow Melbourne to one day enjoy Premiership success. He is an inspiration to continue supporting dead set losers. A true MFC stalwart.
