GAMEDAY: Rd 13 vs Bulldogs
Bitter but optimistic replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
Jeez strange times!!! Just reflecting. In a normal season, I'd be settling into a pot at The Duke about now. Thinking about maybe a quick snack and trying to coerce @Moonshadow into buying a round. What a ****ty year it's been. -

Bah, no doomsayers today please. We're hot, we're on a roll and it's bye bye Doggies! Scummy western 'burbs types trying to rise above their rightful social station - bah to them! PS for punters. All previous online punting failures can be rectified today. Dees a cert! -

I've put a decent (current limited resources notwithstanding) wager on a Suns / Dees double! Grange if I win, chateau cardboard if I lose - nah it'll be the Grange.

Match review committee would have had a bit of work Was Jackson bigger/ smaller than Spargo- anyone got those stats ? -
No Saty, you just don't get it! One's opinion does not have to be evidentiary based, or even reasoned. It is a personal point of view, expressed as such. You don't have to accept it, or agree with it, you simply have to recognize another's right to express it.

This subject always brings one name to my mind. I hate to drive you to the hard booze cupboard SWYL but think ....... Simon Eishold.

Yeah. Now that you mention it Had forgotten

Agreed Buck, somewhat different types. However, I'd like Bennell back to gain form and confidence. He is a classy finisher and will add a different type of pressure. Kossie is the future no doubt but he is young bodied and inexperienced. A rest and reset might just help him produce more outcomes for his flash and dash. Also with Spargo filling a similar role, we can afford to rest him.
-
Wouldn't be surprised if Kozzie got a rest and Bennell comes back in

You have to respect him as an icon of the club but he is overtly and unnecessarily negative in his commentary - bloody hard to listen to in fact.
