GAMEDAY: Rd 06 vs Richmond
Agree, to many players do not put in, ABN, Chandler, Hunter, not hungry enough.Gawn, Lever Hibberd seem fit but not match fit…the coaching has been pathetic last two weeks.Overall, team seem in turmoil, lost without real purpose of working together , hopefully second half turn around. Harmes is a certainty to be recalled , maybe Dunstan to replace Jordon or Sparrow, Both of these need to become far more consistent .Petracca needs to stop lair rising and perform

CASEY: Rd 05 vs Richmond
Strong team but will get a lot better…Ferris- White on interchange will be a worthwhile watch along with Jefferson, also on interchange.Hopefully Harmes has another good half as others are pathetic re TMac and Brown..Backline very poor, so far, first half

Angus Brayshaw
Brayshaw is a good average footballer as the late Jack Dyer would say - and is played out of position. His role should be as a mid - rotation .

CASEY: Rd 04 vs Essendon
He played well. Might be a chance again in AFL…could replace a couple .Brown and TMac .

POSTGAME: Rd 05 vs Essendon
We were outplayed, out coached in a pathetic, appalling display showing up deep weaknesses in our list as well as similar to what happened against Brisbane. We need to recruit another quality half back flanker as Bowey and McVee are not up to it as yet.Brayshaw is not a HBF in my opinion and is wasted there. He needs to play on ball .We also need to recruit another tall ruckman type if the two young ones in Verall,Ferris- White is not up to it.Don’t even know where Ferris- White is playing. The list shows a large weakness when Salem, Lever, Hibberd and in particular Gawn is out.Taylor/ Lamb need to take note and gain these types to cover this list issues especially now when we have these injuries .The team seemed to not show spirit and basic football class with in particular fumbling , not punching the ball away etc….this was never addressed in the game by the coaches .

CASEY: Rd 02 vs Sydney Swans
Agree- but both seem to have good skills - ability…Howes missed a lot of football last year, seems like he could develop into a steady HB flanker or wing whilst Jefferson is showing as good ability as JVR did same time last year.

Harrison Petty - KPF in 2023
Yes- a rest, mentally as well as he is not good enough to play AFL as yet…will not play this week although maybe the sub.

Harrison Petty - KPF in 2023
Petty needs to settle down in the back line. We have enough quality in our forwards ,specially when Gawn goes forward . If Schache had been fit , he surely would have been very heavily considered. Tmac with his foot injury cannot be expected to ruck, thus JVR needs to come in. I expect the Swans to play 3 talls , therefore May, Petty, Tomlinson also play with Lever to play on flank or back pocket. It maybe Hibberd comes in and replaces Tomlinson.Young McVee needs a rest (managed).

Which midfield combination do you prefer?
Fully agree- couldn’t say it any better ….but, I would like to see Sparrow get a better go, especially up against lesser teams, needs more action in the guts.( experience).
