Laurie is nowhere near it. I watch more VFL Casey games than most because I put a $100 on Casey at $6.50 at the start of the year. Laurie gets a fair bit of it but does little with. Three players at least are ahead of him.

The AFL CBA is due to expire soon. Nothing will be signed by Jackson or Brayshaw until a new CBA is signed. To sign it before hand would negligent by both player & agent.

Two games in and I'm seeing a few concerning signs from our Premiership Captain. - Dropping marks he'd normally swallow - Continued bewilderment at ruck infringements - The misjudging of flight. The Doggies game especially. - He's smiling/carefree attitude towards his mistakes. Dogs game again. I accept it's early but the early signs from Max this year aren't great. Is the rise of Jackson affecting his game? Lets hope he has a blinder this week and gets some of his aerial confidence back.

Jimmy Toumpas was our Paddy McCartin. To think the reining Brownlow medalist was living with Todd Viney at the time and we still passed on him. A mare if there ever was one. Seduced by Lil Jimmy's Youtube highlights reel me thinks.
