Farewell Jesse Hogan
Looks like his so called “Mates “ in Perth aren’t exactly steering him in the right direction

This is a chat forum isn’t it? Never had an opinion on anything mate?

Farewell Jesse Hogan
It’s interesting to note that our forward line used to consist of Hogan, Jurrah and Clarke, who we all thought were world beaters. Just goes to show it takes a lot more than natural talent to succeed.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
I’m not so sure if it will ever click for him, likes partying too much. The clock is ticking.........

Farewell Jesse Hogan
I always felt football was secondary in his life , and no wonder with all the stuff he has gone through. I doubt whether he will reach his full potential and I feel he is a candidate for possible early retirement.

Sam Weideman + contract
Yeah I’m just being ultra conservative and proving a point that we do have to rely on any one player.
-
Sam Weideman + contract
I think it’ll be more like 50 from TMac 30 from Weed 25 from J Smith 20 from Melksham 20 from Petracca

Sam Weideman + contract
Already showed enough in the finals, and should only get better as he gets older. We wont have to rely on him solely as TMac is the No. 1 forward. Joel Smith kicked the most goals out of anyone in the whole competition in the JLT and could be a revelation up forward. The Hunt experiment also looks promising, and guys like Melksham and Petracca always chime on for a couple. I think our forward line has the potential to go to another level this year.

Steven May Suspended for 1 Match
It was well after he disposed of the ball. There was no need for it

Steven May Suspended for 1 Match
It was off the ball, and head high so he deserves a week. Of course I’d love him to get off , but would be shocked if he did.

McCartney’s project players should be Garlett and Hunt this pre season
-
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
Really impressed with May so far, just the way he speaks and how he handles the media.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Trac needs to have a big pre season . I think we all believe he can go to another level, and the role Hogan played working up the ground would suit Trac if he can improve his tank. I thought he was really good in our finals against Cats and Hawks , but he can be a real match winner with a bit more work.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Always a WA boy. His heart was back home and could never fully commit to us. Just another opposition player now. We will win it without him.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
Goody was the difference

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Goodbye Jesse. I had high hopes for you ,but you couldn’t commit to the mighty Dees. To me you are now just another opposition player playing for a team we will aim to smash on our way to the big one! Red and Blue forever.

Recruiting a 3rd tall forward to find another 50 goals?
Vanders can also play forward. Deceptively tall and a strong unit with a huge kick on him.
-
Recruiting a 3rd tall forward to find another 50 goals?
With May back , it gives us the flexibility to try Joel Smith forward and maybe even OMac or Frost. Tim Smith another option.

Recruiting a 3rd tall forward to find another 50 goals?
Are people forgetting about a fella called TMac?

Farewell Jesse Hogan
