  1. I think if Kelly leaves Geelong it’ll be back home to WA. Im really hoping to get an A+ mid out of all this , as well as May . Gaff or Shiel would be amazing but could be someone out of left field , as we now have an extra 850k a year to spend. Would end up being a good trade period ending up with May, Preuss,Kolidashnij , and another A grade mid.
  2. Was never really one of the boys was he?

I reckon we could’ve won it had we got there. shows the importance of finishing top 4. We have to finish in the top 4 next year.
  4. He said it was breaking news and wouldn’t say it on national tv if not true.
  5. Just Confirmed on channel 7 Hogan gone to Freo for two first round picks
  6. So 97 pages and still no actual news
  7. Hey, at least Jordan Lewis has said he is staying ???
  8. Maybe we are going so hard at Preuss because we know Jesse is leaving and the third tall in the forward line will be resting ruckman? Why else would Preuss leave North if not guaranteed game time?
  9. We are very much in the premiership window right now , so need to recruit for immediate needs. May should have a good 5 years in him.
  10. May and Preuss will improve our side. Imagine if we had them last week. May on Kennedy and Preuss stretching the two west Coast ruck man, making it harder to tag just Max and giving us a really tall option up forward.

    Absolute gentleman, all class.

No less than a second round pick
  13. Far from convincing for the weed is very harsh on the guy that basically won us a final against the Cats. Coming of age
  14. Greg Denham and Jon Ralph? Looks like it’s happening. Straight swap for Lachie Neale or pick 4 from the Neale to Brisbane deal plus Cerra. Otherwise no go.
  15. Has Pederson retired,or seeking another club?
  16. Big ask going to Perth twice in five weeks and playing on a concrete hard deck at 1pm on a 26 degree day against the team that finished second with a two week rest. Slipping and sliding all over the place and handballing like Tony Jones didn’t help either.
  17. It’s such a shame that after all the hard work and gaining respect after our last two performances that they dish up such a nightmare game like that. Make no mistake , they were absolutely putrid and embarrassing . Lets hope this gives us a harder edge next season , burns in their guts and make sure we finish top 4. Nothing else will be good enough.
  18. All those clear marks that for some strange reason were ignored and not paid.
  19. What a joke of a telecast. No interviews or cup presentation shown
  20. Lack of composure under pressure for both teams this weekend.
  21. Couldn’t think of anything worse than seeing Jeremy Howe hold up the premiership cup
  22. I can’t get over our lack of intensity and aggression. Against Geelong it was there in spades and we looked brutal. Hawthorn it was there but less so. Eagles it just wasn’t there. Was it tiredness from a young group? Going into the game with the wrong mindset? Not giving the Eagles midfield any respect? Have to finish top 4 next year, playing a preliminary final in such a hostile environment as Optus was always going to be a difficult task.
  23. Happy for him to stay on as a coach, but too many brain fades at crucial times for a so called”experienced player”. He looked really slow at times this year and unfortunately he ain’t gonna get any quicker
  24. I’m still stunned by the pathetic effort from our boys in the first half. The lowest score line in a first half of a final since 1927.
  25. Lewis started the rot
