Stadiums will be empty for the non Adelaide team games.

And what is Scully's legacy? Zilch. He's like a mutt from the pound. No home, no friends he can have a catch up with to reminisce about the old days. And his father probably ate all the money

The umpiring was disgraceful We even got awarded some woeful decisions. But the second qtr for the weagles was about the worst you will see

Daicos runs around on his own most weeks. Oliver would be picked before him every day of the week.

The Tigers hardly gave anything up.......🤣 Richmond’s raid on the Giants’ midfield is complete. Eight days after Tim Taranto joined the Tigers in exchange for picks 12 and 19, his ex-GWS teammate Jacob Hopper is joining him at Punt Road. They both accepted seven-year deals. The Giants traded Hopper and picks 53 and 63 for Richmond’s future first-round selection and the No.31 pick this year.

The other part is that it appeared there was no review. Or if there was it was cursory and rushed. If it was a 1 pt ball game would they have taken more care? Highly likely Typical AFL with half baked solutions. You either do the job properly or don't do it and leave it to the umpires.

But in everything (out of bounds or a score etc) the ball has to be beyond the line - not the post or padding
-
Are you sure about that? Doesn't look it to me

Frustrating game but.... Eagles went in with a plan to clog up the game and contest We ground it out despite some poor umpiring and lots of fumbles Our tackle numbers were great and we pressured them all game We worked our way through it and did what good teams do - strangle them slowly when we're not playing well Our winning average at Optus Stadium dropped Grundy working his way into some good form Fwd line efficiency was good We are a much more flexible and unpredictable side now 4 points no injuries percentage boost away from home, move on.

Farmer kicked 9 in the second half (41 mins to be exact) against the pies in 2000 after being singled out by Daniher for his poor first half

Does Kade make the grade, or will it be Chandlermonium
jnrmac replied to DeeSpencer's topic in Melbourne Demons
First three rounds this year Chandler is ranked elite in the following categories: Goal Accuracy Goal Assists Score Involvements Tackles inside 50 Kick Efficiency Marks Ranking Points My mistake, its seven categories that he ranks elite for. -
Thanks for confirming my post!

If you are measuring Spargo's worth to the team on the number of goals he kicks you really don't understand football.
-
At least we get to play them at our home ground - Optus Oval :)

Some people should be embarrassed with their cringeworthy posts in this thread and lack of footy knowledge In the first three games this year Kade is ranked elite in 6 different categories according to greg Stafford. Outstanding young man who has played brilliantly in a very difficult role as a small forward.- 196 replies

The eagles have won 3 games out of their last 29 games

Burgess has transformed their fitness and knows JJ well

In the past we have performed poorly in games like this. The other team has nothing to lose and we have often coasted. I would like to see a ruthlessness that becomes the norm for us.

I think you'll find they don't have anyone tall of note to bring in. They have lost Witherden, Gov, Shuey, Chesser, Allen and Cripps. They should struggle at our home ground

Daicos like....

Great work thanks! Maybe Sparrow has a licence to break up the centre pack to get separation for Oliver etc.

Anyone suggesting Chin should be dropped has seriously no idea about football
