Oliver Trade Rumours
I was informed by my business partner (who lives in Geelong but follows Magpies) last Wednesday; via his good mate (who works for GFC) that we informed Clayton either day of or after the Brownlow that he should look for another club. He was surprised by this; and his manager started the ring around. Hadn’t said anything as was second hand; but it’s feeling more and more real by the hour.

Welcome to Demonland: Pick 5
Exactly how he controlled games in U13; 14; 15; 16 for South Melbourne. Could play like a NFL quarterback, score when needed, cover back when needed, win contests. Excellent decision making since Auskick.

Ken Hinkley - Head of Football
Whisper at the G tonight he will coach West Coast

14th
This puts us in the bottom 6 fixture group; coupled with pick 5 it gives us great scope to challenge again in 2025.

Welcome to Demonland: Pick 5
He’s a fabulous kid; good leader; in the Robert Harvey mould at junior level - rarely tackled. He was a regular 30-35 touches and 2-3 goals a game at U16 SMJFL.

Gary Pert on SEN (17/8/24)
So it should be; playing out in the media is killing us. Get it back in house.

NON-MFC: Round 21
What a disgrace Sydney are; time to sack Longmire!

2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Reid and Retchsko at school together. Get em both. Patty has been a state 100m runner so brings good speed. Murph is elite time and space, aka Robert Harvey, rarely tackled in under age footy. Gun.

2024 Marsh AFL National Championships
I think thought was 12 was high for him. But he’s rising. Only meeting not done is Tigers and he’s a mad Tigers fan, but Yze watches every game of school footy as Noah in same team.

2024 Marsh AFL National Championships
He’s met 17 clubs; been told by one if they have pick 12 they’ll take him. great kid, having a fabulous year, would be a great get for us. Elite “time” a bit Pendlebury like

2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
My Son played on him last year; he’s very good
-
Steven May - 100 MFC Games
He gave both Buddy and Curnow all time floggings in AFL finals; two of the best defensive games ever. So good, I never worry about an opposition forward; they rarely get us when May plays.

PREGAME: Rd 08 vs Geelong
No change. cats very experienced led by Stewart down back; keep Petty in. Give him Roo and Turner another game together. McAdam vs Blues when he’s played a full game at VFL. Hore, McA, Fullerton emergencies Hunter to come but not yet. I’d like to see him and Melky plus Bowey plays games in second half season. Finals time I’d prefer them to Woey, Laurie etc

Coates Talent League 2024
This is my oldest sons year and he plays SMJFL; played against Ashcroft and Trainor in final in 2023. Guns. Keep an eye on Murphy Reid at Dragons; love to get him.

The Pick 1 Thread
I heard from a coach of a 18u Coates League team that Reid was miles ahead of everyone else this time last year, but felt he not developed as much due to not playing AFL this year. Others catching him. he thinks he’s an absolute gun in the Oliver, Selwood, Bont, Trac level of gun. love to get him.

PREGAME: SF vs Carlton
It was clear from Brisbane game we excepted the dual ruck failed; since then it’s been all single Max. Gawn was BOG last week, perhaps on one leg, let’s back him to go again, he’s a genuine great who regularly performs when needed. I’m happy to back Max in. if he gets injured that’s as [censored] as Trac or May getting injured. We can’t cover any of them regardless who the sub is.
-
NON-MFC: Rd 23 2023
That is utterly disgraceful; I’m [censored] and mad and as a mad Demons fan really don’t care. This one likely to be “the straw that broke the camels back”.

NON-MFC: Rd 23 2023
Don’t care where in top 4 we finish. win 5 straight and we’re all celebrating like crazy again. anyone, anywhere, anytime
